This Dunkin’ is surprisingly deceiving. From the outside, it looks like a typical Dunkin’ store—but once you walk in, you’re greeted not by staff, but by a wall and a self-service kiosk. The employees are tucked around the corner, so there’s no warm or welcoming vibe when you enter.
We placed our order on the kiosk, which was fine. But when our name was called, we were handed a bag with two doughnuts—not the marble ones we ordered, but vanilla replacements. We agreed to take the vanilla replacement.
There were no tables to sit at, because this location doesn’t offer any, so we went back to our car. When we opened the bag, we realized the two doughnuts weren’t even the same: one had sprinkles and the other didn’t.

This is relatively new Dunkin. It was clean, it is right to the gas station which make it a very convenient stop.

Stopped by for a latte and a hot chocolate. I absolutely love Dunkin’s caramel latte, but once I received the one from this one, it was absolutely disgusting. I ordered a hot one, and it was basically room temp with no caramel flavor. My husband’s hot chocolate had no sugar, and was so hot, the smallest sip ever not only burned my tongue, but left it swollen. There was a Starbucks right by that my husband recommended first, but I said no because I wanted my Dunkin’ hot caramel latte. Should’ve went to the Starbucks. They got good lattes too. At least better than this place serves 🙁

SATURDAY 12/27/2025. 2pm Staff today around 2 o’clock was so rude the gave my daughter rock hard hash brown So when I decided to take them back , she said that is how they’re normally made with a Nasty attitude , she did not want to remake it. The only nice one in there today was the Middle eastern young lady or she could have been Indian, she’s a sweetheart.Everyone else was nasty and rude Horrible customer service. My apologies for describing everyone by race.But I do not know their names , the african american lady in there with the caucasians two white women were so rude and nasty. They should have A manager working on the weekends so they can see how their staff is behaving.I’m honestly nervous to eat stuff when they make it.Because I don’t trust the food.That’s how rude they are. During the week hours it’s fine however DONT GO ON THE WEEKENDS THE African american women and the two white women are extremely NASTY AND RUDE

Everytime I go here, either my drink is nasty the first and second time or my extra bacon in my sandwich is cold!!!! Plus there’s a guy with a nasty looking Dunkin’ hoodie that looks like it’s never been washed and that’s not appealing to look at before you receive your food or coffee. You’re supposed to look professional. Dunkin. Replace his hoodie!!! Disgusting. Not coming back.

Used the drive in first time using this place because my other Dunkin Donuts is being renovated. Order was taken and received quickly and accurately.. Coffee was perfect and food was delicious. Staff was very polite and welcoming. The only thing I’m not fond of is that this place has a kiosk. At least you can still talk to a human over the intercom giving your order using the drive in.

This is a no cashier Dunkin facility. Yiu can either use the drive-through or order through the kiosk. We used kiosk, but the problem was that some of the options were not available, like we wanted to get a bag of 10 munchkins, all chocolate, but the kiosk only has a mixed version only. But the rest are OK. Guys working are very nice to talk to. I actually spilt the chai tea Latte, in the car, so I just picked up all the spilt Latte with the tissue and came in to throw the cup, but the dunkin guy realized something had happened and he too my cup to throw it away and got me a new large chai tea Latte. Veey pro active. The only issue is that there is no ample parking.

For starters the people who work here are not welcoming at all. 2nd i ordered snackin bacon for my toddler plain without any maple sugar. I get to the window look in the bag & there is 3 pieces of bacon in a bag. I always get this and never received 3 little pieces. So i ordered another one without the maple. I drive off look in the bag and its maple sugar all over it. With 3 more pieces of bacon. So i proceeded to go inside i asked since when does snackin bacon come with 3 pieces of bacon & i asked for it plain. They made me a new one. I get to my car and the bacon is undercooked. I will be complaining to corporate on this one.

Stopped on my way back to PA from visiting my mom in NYC. Only drive through and Kiosk which is fine, I can dig it. There are two kiosk machines inside that accept card payments. It didn’t take long at all for me to get my small latte and everything bagel minis. Customer service was good and the restroom was decent enough, although it could have been a lot better.

They aways have a horrible attitude and today gave us our food cold. I don’t know if it was out of spite or if it’s just bad training. Also don’t even bother trying to walk inside, the kiosk is a complete nuisance.
