They came to my job as a food truck. The Thai fries had no queso and the chicken with panko was burnt? The sauce was VERY watery for the ‘crack rolls’ but nothing was great about the rolls…..couldn’t tell there was chicken in them and had little flavor. Nothing about this food truck screamed ‘Thai’ to me in the first place. Disappointed I spent $20 on burnt chicken.

First time visiting Rolling Thai on 3/1/19. Food was great and FRESH! I had the chicken fried rice w/ 2 egg rolls and it was DELICIOUS! I love how they allow you to not have certain veggies in your rice. I opted out of having onions in mine and they had no problem making mine without them. Wish they had fountain drinks so that you can get refills though. That’s the only recommendation that I’d give. My service was great! Fast and friendly! Will continue to be a returning customer and would recommend this restaurant to others.

We order from here every week and the consistency of the flavor it’s always the same. But not today the food was so spicy that I could not eat it. We tried to explain to the lady on the phone and for some reason she wanted to give us a lecture on peppers instead of making it right it wasn’t edible it was so hot. I love this place and we will give it an other chance…love the food by the way.

Wow. Real authentic style Thai food. Delicious, and if you like spicy they will make it however spicy as you desire. Really great food. I also like that they have multiple varieties of iced tea like Hibiscus to choose from. Outstanding place, in an outstanding town. People who operate this place were very kind and accommodating. Thanks.

Had dinner there last evening with spouse and 2 friends. We were eager to try it as we love spicy food. I ordered drunk noodles with beef. I found it to be much too salty. It was also overloaded with ginger. I ate 3 bites and simply could not stand any more. I like salt and ginger, but it was overwhelming in this dish.
The egg rolls were good. The rest of my group seemed happy with their meals and ate every bite.

I’m obsessed! Rolling Thai just recently brought their food truck to Griffin 2 days a week and it has been amazing!! The portion size, flavor, customer service, pricing, is all fabulous! The only thing that would make them better is being in Griffin full time. Go check them out!!

Great food! I will say the spice profile is a bit higher then what you may be used to. That being said I’d give them 5 stars, however I didn’t have the chicken curry. Curry has got to be on point for me to give 5. Next time I’m in town I’ll give it a try and hopefully update my review.

Previous posts about the limited menu are true. 9-12 items make up the entire menu. Only one curry plate (red). Sauces were nonexistent. No unsweetened tea and most astonishing of all, they did not have salt and pepper. None on the table, none where you have to get your plastic cutlery and when we asked for some, the lady said the don’t offer any. She said the owners felt that the seasoning of the meals was sufficient. This restaurant was obviously an American Pie pizzeria because the core decor is identical and unchanged. The only “Asian” decorations consisted of some paper umbrellas and a few pictures. I’m not sure who decided that “techno dance” music played at painful levels was appropriate for a Thai dining experience, but I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. My head was throbbing and my tinnitus was screaming. I gave two stars instead of the minimum one star is because, even though the food was under seasoned, it showed potential to be a good meal.
