We ordered on line for a 3:45 pick up. We got a call around 12:30 saying we were;ate picking up our order. We explained we ordered on line for a 3:45 pickup. When I got home the food was cold and evidently left out for some 3 hours. To spend all that money for cold food is a crime.

Only one thing to say about the food in this place…HORRIBLE! Waste of money. I spent $28 for 2 lunch specials. Chicken fingers and chicken wings were so over cooked we couldn’t eat them. They went in the trash. Crab Rangoon was crispy but just stuffed with cream cheese. If you’re going to run a restaurant learn to cook! I will never buy food from here again.

Cape Cod is well known for having terrible Chinese food and this is one of the worst Chinese food places I’ve ever had in my life.

We ordered food for the whole family. All different dishes, all of which were disappointing in taste and freshness. Some of the dishes were cold in the middle suggesting they were warmed prior to serving. We all became sick after eating these dishes and do not recommend eating here.

If I could more than 5 stars I would, I’ve bought rice from this place so many times it’s such good prices and it’s never bad. I always get the pork fried rice and it’s the best, probably one of the best on cape, although I haven’t had food from any farther than Harwich so maybe there’s somewhere in upper cape that’s better.

We did takeout tonight, we both ordered the Sesame Chicken All Day Special, it came with an egg roll, crab Rangoon, and pork fried rice. We had two egg rolls in separate plastic package, and 8 crab Rangoon in a separate plastic package. We received 3 fortune cookies. We also ordered a large container of beef low mien. There was so much food in the specials we could only eat half, and couldn’t eat the beef lo mien, but at least we have leftovers. Everything was delicious.

This was my first takeout order from Quan Chinese Kitchen. I chose them because they were close by and they were set up for online ordering.
My food was ready within 5 minutes of the promised pickup time. They have an open kitchen, so I was able to watch them finish preparing the order.
I ordered a variety of things; apps, beef, fried rice, vegetarian. Everything was fantastic. I mean really great. The food tasted fresh, and was full of flavor and light — no grease.
I will definitely be back the next time I am in the neighborhood.
