Shout out to Albion Subway! I just came in for lunch after placing an online order. My food was ready and made correctly. The restaurant was extremely clean, and the staff were friendly. I overheard one woman providing great customer service by helping an older gentleman with an issue at the register followed by recognizing his service as a veteran and adding a discount. It’s tough to find service like this nowadays, so my hat goes off to the ladies working there today and to the management for good leadership!

To hard to use restroom. Always have to ask for code and it doesn’t always work.

I ordered online BOGO so I could share. I hope no one goes on Sundays with these girls that were working today. August 18. They seemed confused and worked at their pace not the customers. I actually worked very hard Sunday and I was so upset , I tossed mine in the garbage. I noticed the lettuce was brown and the meats etc just didn’t look as fresh as it has in the past. The mayo bottle had mayo all over the top . Food area just looked very unappealing . I have yet to ask my friend how theirs was. Btw, why is it every time I go in, new people? A good employee is there and then gone! The restaurant was very clean thou. Dont think I’ll be visiting anytime soon.

Fresh out of work, I had the worst day I’ve ever had in a while, as today was the first mothers day I’d be spending without my mother. Plus work was rough. While I was about to order my sub I started breaking down. First because I thought they were out of onion sauce, and second because my sister informed me I had to order my own sub as it hadn’t already been ordered. My break down was so bad that I ended up leaving to go wait in the car. The two ladies behind the counter where super patient. My sister ordered my sub for me and when I pulled it out of the bag 20 minutes later I noticed the person who wrapped it put a big smiley face on it, which made me cry happy tears. It was the best chicken sweet onion sauce sub I’d had in a while. Thank you to those two employees, I wish I’d had gotten your names. And I hope you two read this, you’re both amazing.

this place actually made my sandwich very well right down to the letter. I was thoroughly pleased with the customer service that was provided. The dining experience was very good too. Not much of a view though. But who needs a good view when all you’re trying to do is get a great sandwich.

Thanks for the food poisoning yesterday, I don’t know if it was the wilted spinach or the slimy rotisserie chicken but I’ll never eat at this location again. Also the guilt tipping is obnoxious and uncalled for. If I want to leave a tip I’ll do it on my own without somebody explaining tips when I’m paying with my card. Sneeze guard was broken also, like a huge spiderweb of cracks in the glass.

Took my son for there today for lunch. I believe the gentleman that waited on us is named Darello. I may be wrong, but dark skin fellow that talks like a game show host. Anyway… Amazing service!!! Very personable and friendly. Upsold us on extra meat, bacon and cookies the service was so good. He deserves a raise and you are very lucky to have him as your employee. If that location wasnt so far away from me, that would be the location we would go to everytime. Great experience.

There’s an African American guy (sorry didnt catch the name last time I was there) who works here and the manager really ought to promote him. He talks like an auctioneer. At the sound of the oven chiming, he slides across the floor and unsheathes the pizza scooper thing like it’s a freaking sword.
This guy clearly loves his job. I enjoy coming in and watching him doing his best. It really inspired me to do the best at my job. Subway: reward him!

It baffles me that places like Subway give a 50% Police & First Responders Discount that EXCLUDES Correctional Officers. Regardless of your personal opinion of our profession. At least have enough decency to acknowledge our duties in your community. We are trained and sworn in as First Responders as well as the State Police Force behind those walls. We choose to protect the citizens of your towns from the horrific criminals that our judicial system have deemed too dangerous to be housed anywhere else. Especially now, during this pandemic, and without our 2% contractual raise, it is ESSENTIAL that we stand up for those same citizens that disregard our place in their communities.
