As usual I finished all my morning chores and decided I would grab some lunch and one of my favorite place to eat is Burger King. So I ordered from the drive thru the 4.99 double cheeseburger special. I exited the restaurant and located a nearby parking lot and as I started to eat the fries (very good), one fry into the meal, and pulled out a eight to nine inch string of hair, brown to reddish in color. So I returned the meal to the restaurant and explained the adventure to the staff. She returned with another meal and I asked her if she exchange the bag and she answered yes. I returned to the parking lot and looked in the bag and there it was again but this time the hair was wrapped around the sandwich. I immediately returned to the restaurant and showed someone whom identified as the manager. She replied well no one here has that color hair. I replied definitely not mine (60 plus black male with very short hair). She started to place the order but I stopped her and asked for an immediate refund. I heard someone say in the background say that a drink came with the meal. Really is that all they can say. No more Burger King.

The store itself looked great. I ordered 2 docs. The interaction with the front counter was spectacular. However my chicken was old and dry and my bread was stale. I asked for a replacement and heard them talking trash about my complaints and was told that they had been made by a manager. Unacceptable as management in my opinion. My food was remade, fresh on everything and everything ended well.

On November 19th, around 8:00 p.m., I went to this Burger King to pick up an Uber Eats order. The dining room was closed to the public, and they were only serving customers through the drive-thru. An employee directed me to get in line at the drive-thru to pick up my order.

I waited in line for about 10 minutes. When I finally reached the window, the employee treated me with a very poor attitude and provided terrible customer service. He told me I had to get back in line because I hadn’t spoken on the intercom, even though no one answered when I tried, and I was only there to pick up an order that was already prepared.

I felt disrespected and mistreated. As a Latino, I felt that his behavior may have been intentional, which made the situation even more uncomfortable.

I kindly request that you review this incident, speak with the staff involved, and take the necessary steps to improve the treatment of delivery drivers and customers at this location.

They have two drive-thru windows and I was in the innermost one and they skipped me twice and I had to get out of that line and get in the other one and when I told them that the one that I was originally at was not receiving any service. They laughed and said I said hello and I said no you didn’t. And then they couldn’t find my mobile order and then it finally they said that they saw it on the screen and that I must have just done it. These people were only laughing in the background. I could hear them. Not good service, no apology received, just condescending, laughter and an answer to everything when a simple sorry would have been enough

Waited 15 minutes outside at the speaker no one answered so I thought okay, I’ll go inside real quick. Go inside and wait at the counter, no one comes for another 10 minutes. Walking out I’m thinking that is so weird, look the my left and there are 3 burger king employees staring at me all smoking. I looked at them for a few seconds thinking they would say something like oh we didnt know you were here, but they just stared right back. Worst experience ever.

Ordered at the kiosk, no person at the counter, no one acknowledged us until 20 minutes after our order was placed when we had to raise our voice to find any employee at all to refund our food cause it still wasn’t made. Would give zero stars and will never be back

Can’t beat 2 for $5. I always order on app and have not received a wrong order yet. Can take a few minutes before someone comes to the counter but they are understaffed like a dollar store. I appreciate these folks working as I’m sure they are not getting rich.

Ordered a DOUBLE burger only had 1 patty on it & was not warm. Fries cold & soggy as well. It make sense to why they stuck at a dead end job can’t even follow simple directions.

Went to pick up a door dash order and waited 10 plus minutes inside with no acknowledgement so went to the drive thru and was cussed at for doing so and was told I needed to come inside.

I am still in shock!! I got a Double Whopper with bacon they didn’t put any bacon on it also ordered onion rings I received fries instead in my delivery order. Also, to make matters worse as you can see clearly in the photos, there was a lot of black debris all over our french fries which only comes from one thing which is the fryer being dirty!!! I’m not even sure what the black stuff is but it was completely disgusting! They need help bad, really sad, especially after paying over$50 and receiving this… just wrong
