I hate doing this because I used to work in food service and I know how stressful things can get and mistakes happen but genuinely this Dunkin location is not it. I frequent this location with my boyfriend often, and every time without fail, something from my order or his is incorrect or done poorly. For example I literally was there today I asked for an everything bagel toasted with vegetable cream cheese, I was given plain cream cheese, I ordered loaded hash browns I got very obviously old hash browns that were crunchy and sauce from the bottom of an empty bottle, which I saw the employee struggling to splatter on my hash browns. Mind you the loaded hash browns have the chipotle sauce, pretty sure cheese and bacon, which again all that was on my loaded hash browns was the chipotle mayo. If I’m paying for them to be loaded they should have all the toppings not just one, and if you don’t have all the toppings tell me that before hand so I don’t waste my money. Also generally every time we go here and order a bagel it’s either not toasted, no knife to spread the cream cheese or butter on is given, or when we explicitly ask for them to spread the cream cheese or butter on for us it never is. It’s just so obvious that this location is not paying enough attention or putting care into what they are doing. It’s obviously rushed and Willy nilly, I understand it’s Dunkin it’s not like a Michelin star restaurant but honestly it gets to a point. A mistake on every order I have ever gotten at this location is ridiculous. The only thing saving this location is that their staff is very nice and I’ve never had an issue there.

I hate to be this person but I got two wake-up wraps and they were completely black from the oven not being cleaned. I’m no baby a few black dots doesn’t hurt, but it’s clear this restaurant is dirty. How can items be so covered in oven particles when the ovens are suppose to be cleaned daily?

refreshers are water down and they lie about having them pre made when no other dunkin’s pre makes refreshers horrible service they did nothing to try and fix there mistake never going back again!

Staff here has no idea what they’re doing. I ordered a $6 meal deal and 2 wraps. They put in 2 sandwiches and when I got to the window I asked why it was $17. At no point did I say the word croissant. They tried to make me take the 2 sandwiches that I didn’t want or order. And when I said no I want what I ordered they basically ignored me and just tried to force me to take them. I ended up having to go inside and get my refund. And all of my food.

Fast and friendly service!! For anyone who had a bad experience in the past Give it another shot. They have hired a lot of new staff and manager is outstanding!! The customer service is impeccable.
I went in and sat inside. The amount of regular customers that came in and the ladies working knew their coffees and had them ready when they walked in. The staff really seemed to work well together. They seemed to be enjoying their jobs and were happy and friendly. They cared about the service they were giving.
I really enjoyed my time here. The vibe was awesome. !!! What a great place to start your day!!!

This is the closest Dunkin’ Donuts to my house and unfortunately becomes my last resort when I’m short on time. They mess up my coffee and food orders almost every single time I go there. I’ve gotten 1 good coffee from them within the last 2 week…that says something about these workers who don’t give a damn about their job. One day they handed my coffee to me with no sugar in it and it was completely sour when I asked for it regular which means 4 and 4 and in the same order gave me a bagel with no cream cheese on it or even in the bag when I asked for the cream cheese on the bagel. So I had to drive all the way back because I couldn’t even eat my bagel. Another time I got a coffee with literally probably 1 pump of cream in it (it was so dark) and very little sugar when again I get my coffee made regular. And then just this morning I got the same coffee I always get and they handed it to me literally dripping coffee from the sides of the cup. I had coffee all over my hands and at that point it was dripping on my car…who the hell wants a coffee cup soaked with coffee I’m trying not to get myself and my car covered in coffee first thing this morning, thanks though! Then when I asked her to clean it off because it was all over me and dripping on my car she puts another cup over it and hands it back instead of wiping the top off as well….this place has to suck worse than any other place I’ve been to! I’m sorry but if you can’t even make a coffee 6 out of the 7 days I go there then obviously you need a new job! Making coffee, taking orders and serving people isn’t for everyone but clearly management of this location thinks it is! Worst service ever!

The wait in the drive thru has been getting ridiculous.
3 weeks ago much better, but around 10am they seem to get backed up.
There was also one day I had to order iced coffee because they did have any hot coffee made.

What is it with these Dunkin stores. There service has gone downhill lately. Just got back from visiting the store on Plymouth St. Missing from my order was a muffin. Waited three minutes to get a tray for three coffees.
Seems I will have to unpack and inspect my order before driving away. How inconvenient to me and the customers behind me. But if that is what it takes sobe it.
