I ate foot long subs from here every single day when pregnant, and dared anybody to ask for a piece, WAY back in 1974. There were delicious and the BEST, seeing the picture on line here, they still LOOK the same. Been gone, to New Mexico (yes, it a State) LOL, since 1986, and I miss those subs.

I absolutely love & completely obsessed with their French Toast! Damn near go every morning for my breakfast/lunch break. Done literally became a regular customer there due to their French Toast lol making me tempted to have them now just by typing this post SMH….

Not writing home about it, but the cold-cuts are high quality and sliced on the thinnest setting (maximum flavor, better sub-sandwich texture). Their hot pepper mix is more flavorful than most, and their Italian is about as good as it gets in the unpretentious, gut-bomb category of subs.

Excellence that was affordable… and readily available to EBT (SNAP Benefit) Card users, too used to exist until the winter before last (i.e., 2014-15). It’s too bad that this sub shop remains closed and, given the prohibitively long time that it’s already taken to undergo remodeling(s) and administration by new management and then reopen “soon,” now seems likely to cease to exist!
