This Caribou Coffee is inside the Lunds & Byerlys, which was a little confusing to me. I have zero experience with coffee and am trying to learn how to drink it, so I went in the middle of the workday and it was very quiet. The barista was friendly and helpful, and even though it took me quite a while and a back and forth for him to help me figure out what’s a good starter coffee, I never felt rushed. I ended up getting a vanilla crafted press.
The store itself did feel a little strange since it’s kind of just a stand inside the grocery store, which I wasn’t ready for, so it’s not as “coffee house vibe” as you might be expecting, though there is seating in the Lund’s and Byerly’s ready to eat section of the store.

This is a nice little spot. I am trying to think if they got around to putting back the benches since they were taken out because of Covid. I don’t usually have time to sit, but, it would be a good idea to put the sitting area back. It is right next to the Bachman’s flowers. Which is nice. This location does not have a lot of food offerings, but, hey, it is in a Lund’s & Byerly’s. Personally, I wish the Caribou company would have more gluten-free options. Having said all that, this is the location I come to the most and the regular barista’s are awesome!
