The only service I’ve ever had bad enough to get me to write a review. Absolutely terrible. Also, the most recent handful of 5-star reviews are pretty obviously fake.
A group of four of us ordered burgers at lunch. We were the only ones in the restaurant. After 30 minutes we asked the waitress (Leelee) what is taking so long and she flat out says that “they don’t know what they’re doing back there.” Then they bring back the burgers with zero toppings on them. Zero. We all very specifically ordered them with everything on them. So we call over the manager and complain and in about 10 minutes they bring back a table with a bunch of tomato slices and a handful of shredded lettuce. Even if that were all the toppings (it’s not… No onions. No pickles) it’s still a sloppy fix to correcting a whole table of incorrect orders. Then they give us each our individual checks and automatically included a 15% tip. I call over the manager (Kevin) and explain the situation and ask him to take care of us somehow because we weren’t going to pay full price for that kind of service. He said nothing, just grabbed the tickets and came back a slapped the tickets back with 10% off. The waitress never came back, so the coworkers who did choose to pay had to bring their checks to her. There was no way I was going to pay for that kind of service.

The food is great. I received my food within 10mins of calling for pick up. The bartender offered, me a free cocktail, to show appreciation to my loyal business. I love this place. That new manager Charles is the greatest. Ask for him and he will hook you up with flawless drinks and food. I wish they had more locations.

Went there the first time and bought a fish sandwich to go. Very disappointed. Fish was gamey and too much bread coating. Thought I’d give it another try. About a month and a half later, since it’s in the area, I went to get a salad. Purposely bought the one that said mixed greens, since I don’t like wasting my money on JUST iceberg lettuce. NEEDLESS TO SAY, IT WAS NOT MIXED! The only thing that saved it was the blackened salmon I added to it. that was tasty enough. Third time MAY be the charm, but it will be a long time coming.

Last week it was a miracle we got service within ten minutes of sitting down. Usually when I come here [on game nights] the service sucks. We waited 15 minutes just to get the drinks on the table. Last week was an exception to this rule but unfortunately something happened that finally told me enough is enough for this place. I ordered wings and the waitress asked me if I would like drumsticks or wings or a mixture. I told her she can throw a mixture (since that would probably be faster than just ordering chicken wings. The food takes a long time to cook sometimes). She brings me my food AND THE CHICKEN WINGS AND DRUMSTICKS WERE ITTY-BITTY. THEY WERE 3 INCHES EACH. WASTED $10 on this crap. I couldn’t believe it, out of all the years I’ve been to this location (it use to be a Barnacles) it kept on deteriorating and deteriorating. This was the final straw. ITTY-BITTY BABY BITE SIZED CHICKEN WINGS AND DRUMSTICKS. The only thing good about this is that they gave me more than the standard 10/12 wings.
They also tend to have trouble with the TV’s. I come here on game nights and I have to pay $5 at the door. The Saints-Bucs game was on and it had regular TV commercials. No biggie, Fox was advertising for the simpsons and all that during the commercials. However the thing that flipped my mind was after the game was over a blue screen came on the TV: “Thank you for ordering the NFL Network on Direct TV”. So where was this $5 going? So I basically paid $5 to watch a game that they ordered on a premium channel BUT I STILL HAD TO WATCH COMMERCIALS? WHY COULDN’T THEY JUST TURN THE TV STATIONS TO THE REGULAR FOX AND SAVE SOME MONEY?
This is how this business gets you. Your TVs keep breaking down and you have problems with saving money so you charge customers at the door thinking they will get premium service. Let’s not forget the main decision point I decided to do this review: YOUR FOOD IS ITTY-BITTY!!! WHAT HAPPENED TO IT? Trying to save money on the food too? Will not be returning.

Bartender is rude ,owner is rude ,mangers is rude,the owner is nasty and disfunctional , fights with his customers and employees, gets drunk in bar,smokes hookahs and brings his children with him so does the Mangers, which I feel is really inappropriate , i really feel sorry mainly for the waitresses and waiters which are very nice but all mislead by management, i could manage this place better,I really think they need a bar rescue,but the owner is so shadey and dirty the place most likely will be shut down,O yeah there food is nasty but it’s not the cooks fault because the food is cheap n nasty,i would add more but I think this is enough
