I have ordered ” the same coffee” three times this week – caramel cappuccino -. The first time was flavored- standard cup. The second one no flavored because they said they don’t add flavor to their cappuccino and they have just one size. The third time, today, they gave me this tiny coffee (picture below), and less flavored than the first time. You might need to make it standard and size offer options. You are loosing money and clients.

I love the other locations so wanted to try the one in Mount Juliet. Food was very good and I love the crepes. The location is super quaint and charming. Parking can be challenging depending on time. Staff friendly and helpful, will be back to this location.

Cute little coffee and crepe shop. They have many different kinds of crepes. The place is very intimate and comfortable. Need to do some work, they have WiFi. I got their BLT salad that was amazing. I can’t wait to go try a crepe. They also have an outdoor area.

I wanted to share, we tried a new restaurant this morning, Red Bicycle, it is a hidden gem. Louis is owner/operator, he is super friendly and genuinely thankful we were in. I had the Granny Smith crêpe, my husband had the breakfast burrito both were very yummy! The atmosphere is casual and comfortable, with different areas to meet and have your meal, we will be back!

Be Mine Cold Brew was DELICIOUS!!! I wish i could get this every day!
The crepes were solid, I wasn’t a huge fan of the Cinnabon style crepe.

I am a self proclaimed coffee shop junkie. I have been to all the other RB locations and this one has a lot of catching up to do. The Nations location, to me, is the best. This was the third time I’ve been here and each time the staff have pretty much ignored me and been a bit snarky. I ordered online a drink and breakfast sandwich. No one greeted me as they even saw me standing there obviously waiting for something. (I saw my name on the ticket but there was no drink, so assumed they were still making it) Somehow it got missed, but one of the girls made it for me no problem. This has happened before. This store is completely lacking the normal RB vibe. Also, now I see that all the front parking spots are loading only, and I had to do 3 laps to find a spot. There are not even 1-2 pick up only spots like most other places. Very discouraging to want to go back again. Sucks because I was so excited to have one of our Nashville staple coffee shops closer.

I had not been here in quite some time, but it seems nothing has changed from when I worked over in those apartments and tried to frequent this place before .. I waited at the counter for quite awhile with zero acknowledgment from the workers to the human in front of them. Like, just a hey we’re a little busy will be right with you goes a long way…once I ordered..it was just a piece of avocado toast because I needed something fast …there were zero food orders ahead of me and it took twenty minutes for my order to be completed..the egg I added to my toast was cold and over cooked by the time I could eat it.. .My iced latte might have been good had everything been mixed instead of it being strait syrup in the bottom of the cup.. this was just a really disappointing visit.. maybe consider making your menu smaller and more manageable for the tiny staff to keep up with..
