I placed an online order and after an hour of waiting I called the restaurant to check on my order. The manager said my order left 7 minutes ago. After waiting for an extra 20 minutes, still nothing. Called the restaurant to cancel my order. I live 8 minutes away from the restaurant. Very disappointed, poor customer service and delivery.

So 3 months ago, I went into this location . The foods are not bad . The service was awful. This time, the service was better but not by much. The inside of the store was not cleaned . I have no idea what’s going on at this location. I’ve been to other locations. Some locations like Mundelein, Libertyville . I thought those locations were better. I’m not sure if it’s the same owner. So yeah .

Always horrifically slow delivery despite being 3 minutes from here. I placed an order an hour ago. It was supposed to be here by 1:10 pm. It is now 1:50 and it is still not out for delivery. Absolute last time I will order from JJ’s. I will tell friends and family not to order either. I even called the store and the driver has not picked up my order yet.

Absolutely ridiculous! I placed a mobile order to arrive at my work place for 1pm. It went out for delivery at 12:55pm and it did not arrive UNTIL 1:39pm despite this location being only 5 mins away. The ice in my drink had already melted and my drink was barely cold, already starting to taste flat because of the melted ice. Extremely disappointed. This is not the first time this location’s delivery drivers were extremely late delivering my order either. I’m quite tempted not to order from this location again unless the employees are properly trained and can deliver orders ON TIME.

On 5/15/22 at 12:30pm in Vernon Hills IL location ( where I’m like twice a week) employer (woman) on my order she was giving me her attitude. Even though I ask a young man what I want for my order, the woman was making sandwiches . I wasn’t even talking to her when she started giving her attitude towards me. Then she was speaking back to me with her attitude. In front of other customers. She is probably having some problems at home. But I didn’t do anything wrong to her to treat me like that.
I had never seen that woman there before. Other employees who work there are very nice to me always. 1st the time I had this kind of service today with a woman.

This is the 5th time I ordered just one sandwich and it took them 1 hour to deliver it. I work 5 minutes away. It is frustrating when they are suppose to be “Freaky Fast” when they are actually the opposite. When ordering online I always choose the option to pick a delivery time and still they are always late. It is even more upsetting when you select the option to give a tip and they still show up very late. Even after giving at least a 15% to 20% tip.

I came in for my sandwich with my chipotle chips that I buy next door. John who says is a manager, approached me in a passive aggressive way and said “Hey Buddy, no outside food, get out” 1. I am not your buddy 2. There is a way to approach customers especially when you call yourself a manager 3. No other employee has ever called me out. John was hostile, rude, and not welcoming. He needs to work on the way he approaches the customers as if he had been nicer, I would have left with no issues. Sandwich wasn’t even good.

The staff did not give me my order of chicken caesar wrap but it was in the receipt and I paid for it. So upsetting. They did not double check if its the right food. Another different situation concerned me, This happened 2 months ago. The presentation of the sandwich was not so enticing. I was so disappointed that time. But this time I can’t let it pass, my husband was expecting a food when I got home, and got nothing.
