We had George’s for the first time today and OMG is all I can say! We got a to go order that took about 10 minutes or so to get ready, the staff was really friendly, the inside of the restaurant is super clean and welcoming. We got the steak baked potato, and the turkey and avocado sandwich with fries, I added bacon as well to the sandwich. Everything was so well seasoned, the steak and turkey were so tender, the bread on the sandwich was the softest bread I’ve ever eaten, the homemade fries had this amazing seasoning on them and the ranch and cilantro sauce were absolutely out of this world! We definitely found our new favorite spot. I would give 10 stars if I could!

The dessert is as out of this world and the chorizo sliders and loaded potato was fantastic. I never leave reviews but this place truly does deserve all of the love and hype! Update: New location and it’s a sit in restaurant! The same great delicious food as his food truck had. Great service and of course George himself is one of the greatest guys you can know! Restaurant is clean, organized, and has a great community presence with art on the walls reflecting that. I had the omg burger and fries. Excellent! Loved it and the fries are fresh homemade.
Great food! Had the fried shrimp tacos with street corn and salad. Also had the stuffed jalapeños. Ordered when I got there and it was ready quick and fresh. Will definitely be back when I can!

TL;DR: Big portions, good Tex-Mex/American food.
I came to this place after hearing good things, and it was beyond my expectations. I had been told the portions were big but I cam hungry (just not hungry enough). The menu is a mix of Tex Mex and general American faire ranging from Loaded Baked Potatoes (smothered in queso) to Chicken Cheese and Rice. It’s not “authentic”, but instead targets flavor.
I ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch loaded potato. It was a monument to the love of both queso and potatoes. Grilled chicken (fajita seasoning on it if I had to guess) and smokey bacon top a potato that is split asunder and bathing in twice its weight of queso. I had to stop eating only because I could not find room in my stomach.
My wife wanting something lighter still ordered a dish we could have split. Her Loaded Fresh Cut Fries would have passed my bar based upon the seasoned fries alone. N when I sampled one with the queso and steak, it was near divine flavor.
My daughter had her typical Chicken Cheese and Rice from the kid’s menu. She loved the rice which is normally her least favorite part of that dish.
My cousin had the OMG burger which he said was one of the better burgers he’s had around here.
Service was exemplary. My glass never hit bottom and we were consistently checked upon without the server becoming a pest.
I’m looking forward to both my leftovers and another visit.

Everything about this business is 5 star! Love the freshly prepared food, family atmosphere, and excellent service. George’s OMG Food Truck was top tier and now they have a lovely dine-in restaurant. The shrimp was so yummy! And GIVE ME ALL THE SAUCES!! 🙂
