This was one of the best visits to this network of the restaurants! After exhausting trucking day I was starving and thank goodness I chose to eat here. My cheeseburgers were juicy and fragrant, fries and onion rings were perfectly fried that I even forgot to take pictures. Thank you guys who made it and were so kind to me!

I stopped by the Burger King off Harrisburg Pike this evening (November 12th around 6:48 p.m.) for a mobile pickup, and I was genuinely blown away by the exceptional service I received. I want to give a special shout-out to Jordan, who made the entire experience absolutely perfect.
When I pulled up to the drive-thru, Jordan greeted me warmly and kindly let me know she’d be just a minute as she finished helping another customer. After a very short wait, she came right back, apologized for the brief delay, and confirmed my order with such professionalism and friendliness.
At the window, Jordan greeted me with a big smile, handed me my order, and took the extra step to double-check that everything I needed was in the bag. The whole process was unbelievably smooth, quick, and pleasant. Her attention to detail and customer care were outstanding.
Jordan is truly the reason I’ll be returning to this Burger King. She was phenomenal from start to finish, and her exceptional service turned a simple drive-thru visit into a five-star experience. Highly recommend!

My husband and I went to this Burger King on.1/8/26 we went in for 6 SpongeBob kid’s meals for us and our granddaughters
The staff Jordan and Cameron & another employee didn’t catch his name were very accommodating. When my husband sang the theme SpongeBob song they indulged us by joining in!! The experience we had tonight will definitely bring us back and we wanted to let you know what a terrific staff you have !!

Jordan was awesome, she was upbeat and smiling the entire time. Actually, the whole staff was in a great mood and very upbeat. My food was fast fresh. Jordan and I share the same name so we had a good little laugh about that. Altogether one of the better experiences in a Burger King..

We got there before all drive through orders and they prioritised them first, which made our food take 20 minutes. Other customers left because the three workers were just chatting in the back not working on orders. Orders placed after ours inside the establishment were served first. All we got was two breakfast sandwiches and two large tater tots. Don’t come here if you’re in a rush.
