First time in.
Had a party of 5. Service was quick and the food came out in a timely manner.
Pizza was hot and we didn’t ever had to ask for refills.
After we ate we went to get ice cream. Seems like the kids working that side didn’t really know that they were doing and couldn’t find the white milk to make a shake. (I told them not to worry about it and just use chocolate milk) the shake was very runny not even in milkshake form lol. But was still good.
Will definitely still come back again.

110% a five star experience all the way! My husband and I visited this place for the first time this evening and will definitely be back. The staff was very friendly and stayed on top of things like drink refills and just general checking in. Food was speedy and delicious. We will definitely be coming back! I highly recommend! A special shout out to Mason, our server. He did a fantastic job!

My family loves Parkside. Picklepie pizza with pan crust is my all time favorite! The staff is always great. I was especially grateful tonight when I went to pick up pizza-the young man who checked us out noticed I had my hands full with my 1 year old daughter and immediately offered to carry the pizza out to my car!

Disappointed… Ordered a large deluxe thin crust pizza and I guess thats what I got.
What I enjoy is a crisp thin crust with an abundance of fresh toppings. We received a thin soggy crust pizza with sparse canned toppings.
Other local pizza shop was so busy I couldn’t get a call in… Parkside seemed extremely slow. If business doesn’t pick up, might wanna try serving a quality pizza.

Had several orders, all cheesesticks were god awful soggy, like they were cooked in the microwave. Ordered two double cheeseburgers with everything but no condiments on them. The burgers had nothing on them but cheese, and the buns were saturated soggy with grease. Ordered tenderloin sandwich with everything but no ketchup or mustard. It had a ton of ketchup and mustard, nothing else. The deep fried mushrooms were burnt and hard. Also ordered the Texas pretzel, and it was burnt. We wasted our money on the nasty food. It was our first time ever eating there, and last. Never again will any of us ever go back. HIGHLY DISSATISFIED! The food was thrown out.

Friendly staff, and fast service. They bring it out as it’s is done! Your food will not sit and get cold here! Excellent food!! Lunch specials half sub, side and drink for 8.99. Take the time to drive to Germantown and try the new Parkside in the former Captain 9 building.

Hidden be ! We love their pizza and other food is not that bad. Only bad experience we’ve had is the wing took a long time last time we were there. But it won’t stop us. Good stuff!
