I walked into the store at, 15960 Manchester, Ballwin, MO. at approximately 3:15 today. Not being a regular customer, I went inside. I’m sorry I don’t know the menu by heart. I went in and the staff took care of three drive through customers and had not bothered to say, welcome, be right with you, anything. Needless to say, after three to four minutes of people trying to avoid eye contact, I walked out. Apparently, the drive through is a priority. I know the drive thru person and the person making the coffee looked at me.

This is the nicest Starbucks I’ve EVER been too. WOW! I’m not talking about the building. The people are so so so friendly!! I walked in and every single worker greeted me, including the person working the Drive-thru. I just came in to grab my drink and go but we still had a little small talk on my way to grab my drink. Seriously so nice. 15/10 recommend more people to stop by and see the team! Also, this cup is so cute! I’m visiting from Louisiana but I wish I could take this store home!

I really like this location and I come here every day to get my matcha. Everyone is very hardworking and nice here. Except that one lady who i dont see anymore ( im so glad). She was just really rude to me when I mentioned that my match drink looked too pale and too milky. The consistency is really suffering and I dont quite get it whether its Starbucks is trying to reduce costs or not providing proper training for baristas. But its weird that now they want to charge $1 for extra matcha scoop but their staff still making very pale, milky matcha late that I can barely taste matcha sometimes. Just to mention again, everyone on the team is super nice here and hard working. Im just trying to understand. Or maybe Starbucks. Need to change photos of their matcha’s color in the advertisements

Great location. I really like the interior design. Very pleasant team. Drinks are always made exactly as you ordered them. The only downside now ite February and it’s really cold inside. And they don’t have a way to control the temperature, sooo…wear extra layer haha
