I bought a $2 loaf of garlic bread in the silver bag and brought it home to find no garlic spread on the bread at all, just a plain loaf of bread cut in half. Also the whole store is arranged horribly, with cheese and milk on opposite sides. Employees are nice.

Bakery staff showed how lazy and uninterested in making this cupcake cake for my son’s birthday. HORRIBLE presentation of a cake, I am beyond dissatisfied. If it was a task that they knew was impossible they should have said that and I could have went elsewhere. Nothing about this looks good NOTHING. H-E-B should look into hiring different bakers ones that care and will put an effort in the customers request.

Very disappointed. I ordered a 1/4 sheet cake that is labeled $20. I was charged $35. When I went to ask about it they said it was as extra to add an image. (I was never told it was extra when they asked if I wanted an image at ordering time). Just completely shocked that it cost $15 to add on an image and was not told that. So disappointed because I have ordered cake in the past and never charged this much.
The cake taste and looked very good. But won’t be ordering again since not worth $35 for a 1/4 sheet cake.
