I have been buying food from here for years and whoever this new cook that they hired is gonna have them losing business. The egg for young looks greasy and not presentable. The orange chicken looks like they gave you a tablespoon of chicken. I won’t be back time to find a new local takeout place.

I called an hour ago to get my food delivered and after an hour passed, I called up panda restaurant and a rude guy answered the phone and I told him I wanted to cancel my order and he decided to tell me to not call back and don’t cancel the order and I said I can’t do that. Yeah y’all have taken an hour and I need my order canceled because the people I ordered the food for are very hungry. He began to say oh well don’t call back and it’s very busy on Fridays so from here or not, I’m no longer ordering from panda restaurant the customer service is very horrible, especially from the guy that answered the phone being rude, the female that answered prior and when I called again, I explained to her what happened. She was a bit reluctant, but then she started to be rude a little bit rude as well and explained to me that they were busy on Fridays. It’s not the fact that you guys are busy on Friday. It’s the fact that you know you’re busy. Explain to the customer so they know to come pick up the food instead of having it being delivered. I’m no longer a fan of the food or of the service that experience I just had. It’s completely turned me off and I no longer want anything to do with them.

Been ordering from here for years since moving into the area. Last time I ordered a sesame chicken fried rice they added pork to it. Tried explaining that to the woman I spoke to, so they don’t mistake it again and she got very hostile telling me I’m confusing her, wasting her time and she wasn’t there. She was mad rude and obnoxious. Would never order from here again

The server taking the order continues to not understand English. My family has been ordering here for years and it is getting worse. She gets the order wrong and when you call her back she is beyond rude insisting you made the mistake. Management have done nothing to correct her behavior. She has zero customer service skills as she continues to make mistakes. Hiring someone who actually speaks and understands English would change their rating. They also take very long to deliver.

Standard flavor profile. Food was hot upon arrival. Driver called before he was on the block to ensure I was outside to pick up and pay quickly. Chicken was plentiful in the chicken noodle soup and there was a lot of chicken in the chicken broccoli entree. Spring rolls had lots of vegetables. Overall pleased. Will order again from them.

Very good service. I was Staying at the Hampton Inn on Business. This place is incredible. Great service, and I even learned the proper usage of Chinese language, as I was using some of the words incorrectly. Friendly and kind service. I wish they accepted Credit cards, because it would be much easier to order that way!

VERY! VERY! DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS RESTAURANT. I just placed an order consisting of shrimp, rice w/broccoli, and chicken wings w fries. When I received my order the wings were overcooked with feathers still attached….really! Long story short, I called to complain, in a nice way, though they were not very nice to me, spoke to me in a very rude manner and did nothing to make things better; Was told not to call back,( after MANY year of patronizing them) that was not the right answer for me……. They will not be getting my service again!

Their food is delicious and their customer service is amazing, even though it’s a take-out place. I’ve been coming here for years and have no complaints about it. I highly recommend it. I love their “real chicken.”
