Love love love the month of free daily bagels! If you aren’t a Panera member, get a card so you can get in on that deal. Good food and nice service. Love that you can order from your table or that staff will bring food to you. Nice atmosphere. Well run and very clean. Place was busy when I came on a Saturday but they were pushing the food out at a good pace.

I visited this location a month ago to pick up order I made online. They could not find my order. However, they replaced my order quickly for free. I left a happy customer.

Horrible customer service! The bigger male staff that typically works the window in the mornings and the manager are just awful. Very rude, impolite, and unprofessional. The staff member does not know how to read and repeatedly gives me the wrong information. If your staff can’t do their job, get different staff. Do better, Panera bread.

Service at Panera has significantly decreased unfortunately. I remember when Panera would make sure your order was perfect and everyone was so nice. I’m not asking for much really. If you sliced a bagel for the customer and realized it wasn’t done correctly; wouldn’t you try a different one? They might as well not sliced the bagel. No one is friendly either in the morning.

The third time they’ve not given me the correct order, I didn’t even get one piece of Panera bread which is the whole reason I went the broccoli cheddar soup and bread, I bought three meals and they’re all wrong, and it’s the middle of the snow storm so I’m not driving back up, the location was perfect but the service sucks, not driving to another location so it’s adios Panera bread, too bad cuz I loved that soup but I asked for no sauce, even asked what the sauce was so I know he heard me

I love going to this location. I have the Unlimited sip club, and love their sour dough bread loaf!
It’s a great spot to do my schoolwork and drink coffee. Bathrooms are clean and store is in great shape! Lots of different seating for single to group!
