Just got the worst bowl of all time. How do you run out of chicken and steak at the same time. They also gave me half scoops of everything. Also ran out of queso. How do you manage a Chipotle so poorly. It’s honestly impressive. I am so happy I got the opportunity to pay 11.95 for some scraps.

We ordered catering for 15 people at $11+ per person. chipotle gave us enough food for 5-10 people (not 15 which we paid for). As an example, The rice was gone after 7 people went through the line. They didn’t even give us 15 tortillas. I drove back to the restaurant and explained to the Mgr. He tried to be helpful and after a 10-15 min wait, he gave me more rice and tortillas but said I would have to pay more for more chicken. After coming home with extra rice and tortillas, we were able to feed about 12 people. My wife ended up having to make extra food.
I highly recommend to anyone to stay away from Chipotle for catering. This has now happened to us at two different Chipotles so it’s a trend.
The food tasted great but you need to order 1.5-2 times the amount that you should, if you go the catering route with Chipotle. At 1.5-2 times the price, you could order a much higher quality meal.

I just had my chipotle delivered to me, I ordered fajitas and there was none on my bowl. I had to drive back and ask for a new bowl but they stated they could only give me the sides. I barely had any rice and the side of rice I was given was hard and undercooked. The fajita had a crunch to it and was not cooked all the way either. The steak was pink in most pieces and gummy. I will never go to this location again . Not worth it.

Ordered online for delivery tonight. Missing one entire entree. I have requested a side of the vinaigrette dressing with my quesadilla twice on delivery orders and it was left out both times. Requested a refund for the missing entree with the online chat assistant “Pepper” before I opened the rest of the food. Got the entree refunded, but then noticed that my quesadilla was garbage-almost can’t see the cheese because there is so little and the tiny amount of carnitas is dried out. Tried to get back on chat to request a refund for that but too bad so sad, case is closed for my order. I hate that the resolution with online orders is just to refund. That doesn’t get my husband fed tonight. If I call the restaurant I will just get a coupon I’m sure—I don’t want one. The food is just bad now and no one cares about doing a good job anymore.

Ordered delivery. Absolutely atrocious portion size for their overpriced menu. I’ve never had a burrito that small, especially for that price. Food was cold (thank you for being cheap and using door dash), and my sons three tacos had enough protein meant for less than one taco. I ask everyone to to not spend their money here until they make major changes. I will not be going back at all.

I ordered chipotle bowl yesterday June 18th, I ordered chips and 3 boxes of chipotle bowls,when I opened my food package I did not see chips and all the chipotle bowls are very less in quantity hardly 4-5 spoons only. So disappointed with the service now a days.

This is the worst store in Omaha. I ordered tacos and literally got 3 pieces of chicken. When I asked for more, the girl gave me attitude. No one in line and 5 people working the counter and yet it still took almost 15 mins to order. They were more worried about who is going where on their break. I will MOT go to this location again. They purposely give small portions to everyone!!!!

This location has to be the worst in Omaha. You pay $15 for a bowl and then they charge for your sides and say it’s store policy. The side in question was the cheese for my bowl on the side as they always put too much on – cheese is supposed to be included. Mind you they didn’t mention any kind of charges until I asked for a receipt. I had already paid and when I questioned it the manager was not only rude but refused a refund.
I was also told a full scoop of protein wasn’t their store policy.
This is the only location in the city that acts this way. Go to any other location.

I’m not usually one to leave poor reviews, but I’ve had enough from this restaurant. Our team orders lunch from here rather frequently, and I’m not sure why. There’s always something missing, or wrong, or all of the above. Today we ordered a late lunch and my food arrived without the main base ingredient (absolutely no veggies when I asked for extra), so all I had was an ICE COLD plop of steak and pico. For $19, mind you! Any complaint we’ve made has been met with nothing— no call, NOTHING to make it right. What a joke!

We’ve stopped going to this location is we’re ordering ahead of time thru the app. The orders are never correct so we go to one of the other locations. Food is always made fine and staff are nice, it just got to be so frustrating to time after time have our order screwed up.
