Asked for additional toppings on the works Pizza And was more than happy to pay for additional toppings. Was told I could not do that when I have done it several times before. No worries though I’ll just give my money to Domino’s from now on.

I ordered a pizza and had a one hour wait time. Then it was delayed, then it was delayed again, and 2 hours after I ordered it, I got it. And guess what? The pizza was stone cold. The driver was lovely, but the product sucked. Never again.

I had an issue with a decently complicated pizza. The manager and employee that answer the phone this afternoon – whose names i did not catch – were both helpful in explaining the credit process and providing a replacement pizza!! I went a night both days, and the staff was quick to greet me on both occasions, as well as quick and courteous. thank you for your help :3!!!

At 3 pm i Ordered online for delivery at 6 pm, to have dinner ready when my family got home, gave a pre tip of 10 dollars, 7 pm no pizza, called to cancel, no answer, and no way to cancel order online. At 730 my pizza was delivered by uber eats. The driver was 350 plus pounds and didnt even bother to get out of the car, texted me it was here, i tipped 10 bucks to have to walk to the street to get a pizza an hour and a half late, plus the pizza was cold, not warm COLD! Immediate disputed the charge on my card and will never order here again!

I needed to cancel my order and I was hung up on seven times by the store. They will not answer calls. You will not be able to get in touch with them and get a refund when it is necessary to get one. I accidentally placed an order out of state and I tried to get a refund or at least let them know that someone else can have the meal. I could not get in contact with anybody. I will no longer be giving my business to the store and I will encourage all others that I know to not give business to the store. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.

My father ordered a pizza tonight at 6:30 from the Papa John’s on Wilmington Island, and they said it would be delivered in 30-40 min. At 7:23 he called back to check on the status; he was not upset, just checking how much longer it might be. The girl he spoke to was very rude to him, and told him he must have spoken to someone at the “call center”, “And they have no idea what’s going on in the store, it’s going to be about 40 min.” She was speaking in a very condescending tone. My father agreed to wait. He then thought better of it, called back, talked to the same snotty girl, and canceled the order.
