Staff were unfriendly. Waited 15 minutes for someone to come take my order then waited an additional 20 minutes for my food to come. There was no one else there so not sure what took so long. Chicken was flavorful but pretty hard to chew through. Doesn’t seem that great of quality for what you pay. The only plus here is the shaded outdoor seating.

We have gone to this location at least 7 times in the last two months. The oil used on the nuggets most likely was old or burned. The quality and freshness of the nuggets was not what we expected or what we have been getting prior to our last night visit. Things like this is what makes you loose loyal customers. Managers and people serving the food must understand that if the food does not look like they could eat it, please do not serve it. Fries and bread were great. You have a Zaxby’s next door with more options, better offers, and much more advertising. Your asset is the quality of your chicken, do not ruin it. Thanks!

Huey Magoo’s had an Excellent Crust I think the Best of any chicken tender around , although chicken on the inside was pure white meat chicken but was Maybe cooked a few seconds too long . 5 nice chicken tenders , plentiful nicely seasoned french fries and coleslaw Also had nice piece of buttered Texas toast . Overall Everything was Well Above ! On next trip tried the Banana Pudding and it was EXCELLENT ! Thanks for all the Hard Work ! And Thanks Again !

Finally tried Huey Magoo’s. I had one of the favorite salads just the way that it is made by them. It was more than enough to fill me up and very tasty. In addition to being very good and satisfying, it also was healthy. Way to go Huey Magoo’s. I will certainly be there again.

So let me preface this by saying that I absolutely love Huey Magoos. But today, I decided to try their salad because I’ve been hearing a lot about it. Today specifically, it was absolutely horrible. I got the grilled chicken on the Huey Magoos cranberry walnut salad. The salad was lettuce, cranberries, walnuts. With grilled chicken on top and a raspberry vinaigrette dressing.
The flavor of the chicken was really good, but the texture was so tough. I couldn’t even chew it. And it bent my fork.
I’m definitely not used to this low-grade food. So I was a bit shocked. The salad was over $10 with tax and I’m definitely throwing it away. It was not worth it whatsoever. Unfortunately even though the chicken has a great flavor I can’t eat any of it.
Do better, Huey!

My fiancé and I hit up Huey’s at least once a week, if not more. Staff is always friendly, food comes out quick and is hot and fresh every time. Definitely our favorite chicken tenders in town!
