We joined friends for dinner and experienced Paisano’s for the first time… what a treat! The atmosphere was fantastic; cozy, nice lighting, and lovely music at the right volume. (A rarity these days!) All staff was friendly from the moment we walked in, and our server Eduardo was amazing! He was warm, efficient, attentive, and so helpful steering our food choices… his expert care really enhanced our dining experience. The food was incredible! The portions were generous, the prices were fair, and everything was absolutely delicious. We spent the entire night gawking over how yummy everything was… right down to homemade desserts and coffee. We stayed for almost 3 hours, enjoying a lovely meal and conversation with good friends – and never felt rushed. Eduardo and the entire service staff were amazing, topped only by the incredible food. It was a memorable night, and we will certainly be back soon!

Best restaurant in Kingston. We had party of nine on a Friday night at seven, and we were seated right away. The food took awhile to get but other than that everyone LOVED their food. Big portions and all delicious. Highly recommend.

Great food and great service. Paisano’s Cioppino and Seafood Alfredo were delicious, Chicken Parmesan was good a little on the thin side but still very good, the bread was fresh and good as well. Service was great thanks to Eduardo. We’ll definitely be back!

My wife & I went there earlier this evening, and I was so glad we did! Wow! What a beautiful place, first of all! (I will post some photos.)
Secondly, we were warmly greeted by our sweetheart of a server, Sam. She was friendly and warm; very attentive, and just a delight.
The ‘starter bread’ was so good that I asked Sam for seconds. Then came my appetizer, which was a succulent special: short-rib croquettes cooked to a light and crispy perfection!
I KNEW the entrée would be something special after that appetizer, and the ravioli did not disappoint!
My wife, Diane (aka “Dee”) kept it simple with garlic bread (which I tried – yum!) and spaghetti & meatballs. Oftentimes she doesn’t care for meatballs enough to finish them, but she ate every last bite of these!
A beautiful restaurant with lovely waitresses who give great service serving quality food at reasonable prices. What more could you ask for? 5☆’s! I highly recommend!

I was so disappointed and underwhelmed by the food. The best part of the meal was the bread. The steak tips had no flavor at all and the potatoes were bland. The chicken parm tasted like a frozen chicken patty with oily sauce. We had a lot of high hopes for the new Paisano’s but unfortunately they were way over priced for less than mediocre food. This awful meal was not cheap either…we spent over $75 to find out they are not even remotely close to being good.

The restaurant was cute with friendly staff, and the bruschetta appetizer was great. Unfortunately, our meals (only two)took 45 minutes, came out cold, and the steak was well-done instead of medium rare. Nice atmosphere, but the service was slow despite it not being crowded.
However, from friends, I have heard that this place is spectacular. I just think this was a hard night.

The Valentine’s menu was abundant with choices. The steak was cooked perfectly with a bright chimichuri sauce. Great presentation. Served on hot stone. The owner decorated elegantly. It felt like an elevated night.

If i could give the experience 0 stars I would. the bartender & drinks were fantastic but that does not make up for everything else. They decided to do social media promotions during my dining experience & it was beyond uncomfortable for myself, my partner, and other patrons. The social media person stopped the bartender from tending to patrons, and told people sitting to move if they didn’t want to be in the shot. I very much understand the importance of social media promotion as a photographer myself but you don’t interfere with diners experience. At the time I was at the bar waiting for the rest of my party. My drink was delicious, and the bartender was extremely attentive. I then sat at a table once my party arrived, and was met with a very attentive waiter. My party, and I placed our order and the two people I was with received their meal. The waiter informed me the kitchen messed up my noodle for the dish. Out comes a meal that is not what I ordered. My partner witnessed the social media person taking pictures of the meal before it was brought to the table. It appeared to be chicken marsala despite me ordering chicken alfredo. There was dried old noodles on top (I suspect as a garnish?) It looked disgusting. I waited for my waiter to return to inform him the wrong meal was sent out. So for the 3rd time the meal I ordered arrived, the party I was with had already finished their meal. The meal I received was inedible. It tasted like a frozen microwave meal you get at the grocery store. My salad arrived following the arrival of the 2nd wrong meal (&before the 3rd technically correct meal) It included brown lettuce. My partner ordered the short rib sandwich after watching it come out, and was interested. It did not come with the jalapeño pimento cheese or steak fries. Since he ate it, they did not comp it despite it not being what was listed on the menu or the same as the meal he watched come out 10 minutes prior. I requested to speak to the manager who “stepped out” where a waitress took over & offered her apologies, and comped the meal I did not eat. I still ended up paying for 2 drinks, and the meal of my party while I had no dinner myself. I left my information, and am currently waiting for the manager to reach out. I have zero intentions of ever returning, and hope the very kind waitstaff find a more professional place to work. This truly was the worst dining experience of my life.

Paisanos has quickly become one of my favorite go to spots for a nice meal on the South Shore. The inside is beautiful and every meal I’ve had there so far has been delicious. Tonight I was particularly impressed though. My amazing server, Eduardo, suggested I order the special tonight, which was Picanha and oh my god…it was so good! I normally don’t order steak if I’m not at a steakhouse but I’m glad I listened to Eduardo. I’m hoping they add this to the menu permanently
