The lady that runs the restaurant is really friendly. Checked up on us twice to make sure we enjoy and ran after us to say goodbye. She knows her business. Great service Bravo!

This was my first visit and the food was hot and just very delicious; tasted well-prepared.

The food was good but the hygiene of that place?!!! Meeeeen!!! I never saw a restaurant bathroom disgusting like that !! Low pressure on water too. I am wandering how “clean” was the kitchen?
We got there 2 hours after she opened, the table outside was not clean either and the bathroom looked like wasn’t cleaned for days . Too bad , she seems nice and the food is good but never coming back . Can’t stand bad hygiene where I eat.

Alexsandra’s has become one of our favorite places to order lunch at work. The Jerk Chicken is phenomenal and so flavorful! The service is top notch! Highly recommend.

Delicious! I was passing by after a run and saw the flag. Had to check it out. I was greeted by a kind cashier who helped me decide on the large portion of jerk chicken (it was between the jerk & oxtail).
When I came back to pick up my meal; the cook was there to greet me. You can really feel the authenticity. She opened my to-go box to ensure the meal was to my liking. She also got me an extra sauce on the side. The large jerk chicken plate came with about 1/2 a chicken, a salad, and rice & peas.the chicken was so flavorful, the rice and peas were exactly what I needed. The salad for me
Was the appropriate portion, as I prioritize the protein. They overdelivered.

We’ve been consistently enjoying Alexsandra’s great Jamaican cooking for several years. We’ve dined a few times inside, where we’ve had the pleasure of interacting with Alexsandra and her nephew Dylan. But, mostly we pick-up her delicious food on the way home from wherever we’ve traveled.
We’ve tried & enjoyed almost everything on the menu. It’s all terrific, and authentic, in every way!
Our favorites are the coco bread, the chicken & beef patties, the brown stew chicken, the chicken curry, the jerk chicken & jerk pork salads, the oxtail, and on Fridays…the robust ribs!
We highly recommend Alexandra’s to anyone seeking a wonderful and satisfying Jamaican meal!

Delicious, authentic, fresh, savory, crave-worthy food…your tum will be happy! We always call ahead, & order a couple days worth, for take out/pickup at a time. Our faves are brown stew chicken, jerk chicken, curry chicken, beef patties & chicken patties, coco bread and plantains, to name a few. The oxtail & curry goat are also terrific! The entrees have a generous portion of rice and peas, plus a delightful little tangy side salad, which complements the rich flavors very well. Alexsandra goes above and beyond to prepare a memorable & tasty meal, every time!

No gravy on oxtails And I only got three for $21. Jerk chicken had no jerk sauce. Overall I wouldn’t return. Owner was nice. No plantains at a Jamaican place. She said next time call and ask and she can make it, interesting.
