Pretty pricey coffee shop to be honest. $4.50 is among the most expensive prices for plain black coffee I have ever seen.
And to be clear, this is somewhat weak and watery coffee and not high-end. I would put it about on par with Dunkin’ Donuts. The Pike Place being sold across the street is a much higher quality black coffee and Starbucks only charges about $3.50.

I do enjoy Ziggi’s and it’s one of my favorite coffee places. I order online almost exclusively and the only time I have problems is with ordering drinks. I don’t like ice on my coffee or tea, so I select the option of no ice. Recently, every single time I do that, I have been getting ice in my drinks.
Other than that, I really enjoy this location.

I placed an order online. I was waiting at the pickup window when the person working came and said twouldn’t be able to help me for a while. I informed them i placed my order online. My order was not ready. It was almost 10 minutes after my scheduled pick up. It seems like they tried to get through everyone in the drive through before helping the window. When i finally got my drink it was cover in sticky stuff.

I used to come here 2 or 3 times a weeks, but now this place has gone so downhill I never go here anymore, not only did the change the hours with no warnings this place is constantly understaffed (and I mean like every single time I come here they tell me they are understaffed) and I feel bad for the employees! The old employees who I used to see were very sweet, and knew my drink order and we often had conversations, now I come in and I’m greeted by rudeness and they barely try to start conversations. Not only that everytime I’ve come here since August my drink has tasted consistently diffrent every single time, and I always get the same drink. DONT COME HERE IF YOU WANT GOOD DRINKS, they will be made wrong and the employees are so rude it’s not worth it anyways

We came on a very busy Sunday when they appeared to be understaffed. Though we had to wait a bit, the staff were kind and trying their best even though people weren’t being kind to them. Ziggi’s has my favorite Chai of all the quick coffee places. Their breakfast burritos are tasty too!

Went through drive-thru this morning. It’s early. Too early. And the baristas that were working at 6:00 am, were so incredibly nice. And made mine and my sons morning better! Order was ready and they truly made our morning start off great!

I go to this location often, and it’s always been good. But today I ordered a smashberry energy infusion and was not given that. The cashier at the drive thru window also asked the barista if it was in fact the correct order, to which the barista gave attitude and told her of course it was and looked different. When the cashier handed it the drink to me, I also questioned it. The barista in the back gave all kinds of attitude and said “I’ll remake it if she really wants but that’s what it is.” Trying to give the benefit of the doubt, I tried it. It definitely isn’t right, and every other time my smashberry has been purple, and without lime flavoring…

We ordered the Bad Bruce for $6 for 32 oz of beverage. It was extremely disappointing. We got about 3 boba and the shark gummy wasn’t included. If you’re going to have speciality drinks and advertise that certain elements are included, those elements should be included or you’re just selling over priced soda. We’ll stick to Sonic who actually does soda drinks correctly and a lot cheaper. But hey we got a “free” horrifically strong scented car freshener with our overpriced drinks!
