This place clearly has mixed reviews but I had a very positive experience! The staff were super friendly and prompt with service. Got to meet the owners and they made the visit very pleasant as well. I will definitely be going back in the future. If your last visit wasn’t what you expected I would encourage giving the place a second chance.

Under new management. Children working the counter have NO CLUE how to do anything. Over $100 for two extra large pizzas and both were made wrong. Asked for meat lovers with mushroom and got 2 extra large with just mushrooms. Took over an hour to get our food. Do NOT go here and support the new management. They have zero clue how to do anything. Said they’d call us back and have yet to do so.
Edit: They are refunding us the difference so there’s that.

Management proactively reached out and refunded a significant portion of the total, nearly the full amount, in an effort to make things right. That follow through is genuinely appreciated and does show a willingness to listen and address customer concerns. Because of that effort, I have updated the review by one star to reflect their responsiveness and accountability after the fact.
That said, we have not returned since this experience, and this review is based on the service and product we actually received at the time of our visit. It would not be fair or accurate to raise the rating further or remove the review entirely based only on a monetary refund. Reviews exist to provide transparency for the community and to reflect real customer experiences, not just how issues are handled once something has gone wrong.
Additionally, a review posted shortly after ours suggests that the challenges we encountered may not have been isolated and that improvements are still ongoing. The intent of this review is not to discourage business without cause, nor to complain for the sake of complaining, but to provide honest, firsthand feedback that gives both future customers and management a clear picture of what is happening during this transition period.
If we choose to return in the future and experience consistent improvement in service, accuracy, and overall execution, I will be more than willing to update this review again to reflect that change.

Fantastic! They make their dough fresh each day! I was greeted by the owner and everyone was polite and professional. This place is extremely clean and the quality to value ratio is unmatched in Bell County!

Haven’t eaten in the restaurant. Did sit at the bar a few nights ago and enjoyed some cold beers. The service was fantastic and the people at the bar were great. Picked up and pizza and wings today. Tried the Jalapeño with Jelly wings. Not spicy enough for me, but had great taste and they were perfectly fried. A great mild selection for someone who prefers a mild spicy. Also got the Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza. Oh boy! Delicious! Definitely a winner!

Ordered pizza tonight. Went to pick up and had to wait over 1:45 min. They brought out my order of garlic knots and they were completely burnt. I had to wait another 25 + min for those. Excuse was they were busy and only had 2 people to cook yet they had 3 ladies sitting around talking at the register. No offer of discount, nothing. Excuse again that no manager was available. Horrible service. The food was dry and burnt. Very disappointed! We won’t give recommendations to anyone we know, nor will we be back. Would not have even put a rating in for a 1 but couldn’t put a 0.

The crust is uneven all over, it’s cooked unevenly as a result. In some places, the crust is paper thin, in others it’s swelled up. A garlic knot should fill your hand, and be fluffy. These are tiny, gummy, and touch to chew.
The cheese on the pizza needs an upgrade. Go get some really nice, fatty mozzarella. Not sure what is on this, but there’s no oil coming out of it and there’s no salty, cheesy flavor in this pizza.
This was trainee pizza. This should have gone to the cooks in the back while mine was being remade properly.

I highly recommend *BOBBY LUPOS * from the moment that I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. I had THE best fun time for a long time being surrounded by people that treated me like family. This is definitely the place to relax and have an awesome experience with your family and friends..
