Upon arriving I wasn’t greeted. The guy that placed my order must have been training because he asked LaShonda to unlock her register. Once she did I ordered 24 bone in wings, 2 orders of fries, and 3 drinks. The cashier (guy) stated that my order came with 3 ranch dressings (without me asking) & I said ok good. My total came out to be $49.57. I handed the cashier $100. He asked me to hold on so that he could get her. She came up to the register rude & stated that he shouldn’t take the $100 especially with me paying that amount ($49.57). She also told him that he should’ve told me before. I told her that he didn’t know I was paying with $100. She rolled her eyes and took the money. After she returned my change I thanked her but didn’t receive a response. When my order came out. I walked it to the table where my 3 children were. Opened the bag and placed all food on our table. I only had 1 ranch so I walked up politely and mentioned this to LaShonda. She frowned again & said that she put 3 ranches in the bag! I said no I only have 1 then I walked back to the table to double check, still 1 ranch dressing. So I went back to the register to tell her this. She immediately started yelling at me saying she put it in the bag! It’s all good! It ain’t but a dollar & eight cents. That’s when I told her that I wasn’t paying for any more ranch dressing when it came with my meal. I also told her that she was very unprofessional, that she was rude since I walked in the door, and that if she didn’t like her job she shouldn’t be there. There were numerous of customers whom witness this along with my children. Once things calmed down she began to be polite to incomers by greeting them and saying you’re welcome, along with a smile. I asked a coworker for her name before exiting because she didn’t have on a badge or introduce herself. This was my first and last time at this particular Wingstop because of this.

Everybody needs to look at this comment cause let me tell you something they were so nice. They literally so nice that I was about to cry like the lady that was doing my stuff. She was really so nice and the food was delicious. I swear the barbecue wings and the fries were seasoned so good like I swear I will come back here I swear like these fries are literally so good. I am eating them right now and oh my God there are so delicious like everybody needs to stop writing bad reviews about this place like this, but it’s so good like you guys are capping about this stuff so stop capping about this stuff cause like this stuff is so good like what are you guys talking about? The food is so good and I can’t even show you guys a photo cause like bro this food is so good that I would literally jump. I would literally jump and make a airplane crash to eat this food like bro. This is so delicious like this is probably the best place to replace like like bro, this food is so delicious.

Customer service was excellent! Young lady named Tiffany and Markeysha was very nice and made sure my order was correct. Tiffany also told me about the survey on the receipt and suggested for me to try a new flavor I would most definitely go back and the wait time wasn’t long at all. The restaurant was clean including the drink area.

C’mon now, why did the lady get angry with me because she forgot to put an extra ranch in my bag(that I paid for). It’s like some of the people they hire hate their job. The guy with her was trying to reason with her; and she still was trying to get loud. That could’ve gotten ugly really fast.

First time experience with this particular location was Horrible. I Was not greeted when I arrived By the young lady standing at the register. I had to ask her was she working Along with the rest of the crew standing there just looking ,until I said I need to pick up my order – The restaurant was unclean, The drink machine was FILTHY- I placed my order through door dash for pick up once I received my order my fries were ICE BOX COLD and I live literally less than 5mins from the location. The wings were boneless and HARD AS A ROCK! The only thing that was good was the ranch dressing. Definitely need better management and services as well as Training the staff to provide Customer service..Will not visit THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION anymore.

the food was amazing, but the floors were almost like greasy sticky? and the bathroom smelled horrible. not to mention the lady at the front didn’t make eye contact with me, and was kinda rude when interacting with me. needless to say the food was amazing and everything was cooked and made just how i ordered it!!

not sure how you forget fries on an order when all I ordered was chicken strips and fries. had to drive back and forth across town just to get my fries lol. asked them to remake the strips too since they were cold by the time I got back to the restaurant. literally watched them just put them back in the fryer and pulled them back out all gray now because they’ve been fried twice.
and the girl at the counter had the audacity to say “here you go. you don’t have to look so pissed off.” instead of just an apology.
not to mention this food is nasty at the end of it all. yet another place you can’t go in Vicksburg.
