3 different stops at this location. 1st order was through the Drive-Thru for a medium Caramel Ice Coffee with cream and light ice, my order was perfect. 2nd order I went inside for a large Caramel Ice Coffee with cream, 2 Egg & Cheese Croissants, and 2 pup cups – the store looked clean, the restroom was clean, the lady behind the counter was very sweet and on top of everything. And again, my order was perfect. My 3rd, again inside, the gentleman behind the counter seemed to have difficulty understanding me, but he took my order for cooked egg patties, 1 egg & cheese croissant, the only thing that was incorrect about my order was my drink. I ordered a Medium Caramel Ice Coffee with cream but he rang up a Medium Caramel Ice Latte with whip and cinnamon sugar. I found it difficult to be upset about the mix up because the latte was delicious I have been a barista, I know mix ups happen. I do enjoy when mistakes turn into an order I didn’t know I wanted.

Huge language barrier. Someone taking orders should be able to speak & understand English. Trying to order simple coffee becomes a huge deal. The donut filling is skimpy & can be stale. I did a drive through & the order was totally wrong & the donuts were stale.

First time visit using the app to order ahead of time. Service was fast and friendly. The glazed donut was one of the best donuts I’ve had in a long time. I’ll definitely be stopping again the next time I visit the area.

Great place, very tidy, the employees were very friendly. I didn’t see a changing table in the ladies room so that was unfortunate, but it didn’t affect the rest of my experience.

Stopped yesterday and we were in the drive through and decided to pull around and go in. Well we stood there for 5-6 minutes without being acknowledged. They just looked at us and continued other orders which I can only assume were door dash because no else was waiting inside and there was only one car in the drive through. So we left and went to Starbucks.

Dont know if I ever wanna go back there… I ordered half a dozen of donuts to my surprise when I got home, realized my order was wrong, I got 2 strawberry sprinkles, 1 chocolate sprinkle and 3 glazes . thankfully my kids did not complain about what they got.
Ordered an avocado toast as well and… I hated the taste of avocado, almost tasted like it was getting spoiled and texture almost like mixed with water, avocado is supposed to be creamy, I tried to finish it cause it cost me over $3 but was impossible 🙁

I am visiting my daughter in Seymour and I simply love this clean Dunkin, yes some.of the working are trying with a 2nd language but I applaud them for doing an outstanding job with customer service and making our orders with love and kindness. I will continue to patronize this establishment. Great job workers.
