This pizza was horrible. My husband drive 25 minutes to get this wonderful pizza shown on the TV. After we got it home we realized it was not cooked all the way except the cheese on the outside. We popped it back in the oven to try to cook it but it was unsalvageable. Do not order from this place if you are looking to eat decent food. Soooo disappointed

The pizza was good and it was done in about 5-6 minutes, as they said. My 13 yr old & I needed a quick bite but had a trailer so parking options were limited. The square had lots of parking available, especially being a Saturday afternoon. Gave food 4 stars only because the pizza had a lot of sauce and a plain pepperoni pizza was over $25. It was good, but not that good.

My husband went in to order one take out pepperoni pizza. It was 36 minutes from order to check out. He finally said that he thought they had given his pizza to someone else about 10 minutes earlier. Apparently some labels had gotten mixed up. He was offered two drinks for the confusion. He took two waters.

Wife place an order for two pizzas and two orders of wings. Got a text about 5 minutes later saying our food was ready. Question the freshness of the food with it being finished so quickly. Out of all the Papa John’s restaurants I’ve had food from this was probably the worst.

I placed an order through the app for my mother to pick up. My mother is handicap and is not able to walk in and carry it out. The guys at Papa Johns in Eatonton were super nice! I was able to call them and request they bring it out to the car for her. He said it would be no problem and would take good care of her. When my mother arrived with the pizza, not only was hot and fresh but she said they treated her very well, with great respect and were awesome. Shout out to those guys for taking care of my mom. We will definitely be using them more often!

These girls here are so sweet!! They helped me with my ordering process when I couldn’t figure out what I wanted. Food was made very fast AND they delivered it to me next door . They definitely deserve a bonus !!!

Great Pizza and Great Service! I have used this location for business lunches as well as last minute dinners for my family. Each time I have been blown away by not only the pizza but the service provided. I have not had one pizza to not be correct and they always have it ready when I come to pick it up, which is great because I am always in a hurry. So happy to have them in town!

Several things wrong with the pizza. 1) Was told we couldn’t get a medium pizza in thin crust. Only large. 2) Dough was not brown at all. Barely cooked. 3) Topping were scarce. About 1.5 pepperoni pieces per slice. Had to look for the mushrooms and black olives. I like Pappa John’s. Just don’t recommend this franchise
