Conveniently located within Woodbury common outlet mall.. right inside the food court . So many other shops and restaurants around .. kids decided to eat pizza and garlic bread and we bought it here . Service was good quick and smiling . Lots of tables to sit and eat but it gets really crowded . We had to wait 10 mins to get a table !

The garlic bread was soft and tasted good . It went well with marinara sauce . The flavor on it was really good . Pizza was good too. Brooklyn style . 6$ for a slice ! Not bad . Pizza and garlic bread price was ok but all others were expensive . About 18$ for a wrap etc. Mall pricing ! Good experience overall. 4 stars !

The food was somewhat good but the service was the worst I have and most likely will ever see. I’m not sure if this is just what they’re like but I’ve seen other reviews and completely agree. I’m pretty sure the workers name was Angel and hope that they hire new and more positive employees because if this continues somebody might sue. Saying sorry isn’t enough it must be further and shall be fixed with the amount of reviews so similar. This is bad, really bad. The man picked up the pizza, showed it, and smacked it into the oven. He went up while we were deciding and looked pissed off as he walked away with a huge attitude. I’m vegetarian and will ask what is in each food and he wouldn’t even tell us that. I’m mad and this is the only way of expressing it to the public

Worst customer service in the entire world! We spent a lot of money for food for our small children. We asked for a cup of water. The young lady at the restaurant refused to give a cup of sink water to my young toddler. When we walked away, she laughed with her coworker. Very sad!

Stopped by to have lunch with my family today. The food was ok, it was served quickly and the staff was friendly. It was quite easy to find a seat in the food court. The pricing is normal

The garlic knot was dry and didn’t have a good taste. The pepperoni pizza was better than the plain. The plain wasn’t that good. It reminded me of HS lunch pizza. It was SUPER EXPENSIVE and not worth it.

Lady in the front asked her manager if she could switch my pasta to a meal the manager replied “ they should read the menu first “ with an attitude then proceeded to disrespect the worker calling her slow . It’s disgusting have some respect to your own employees . She said it was her manager . He should find a new job if he hates this place so bad. Disgusting

I repeat, WORST on this planet.
Worst customer service/Rude and Horrible.
The restaurant serve overpriced food which is meant to be hot but its ice cold. Even though they put it in the Oven it comes out cold.
They are fooling people with their menu as they charge extra, feel free to check the other people comments they are the same.
Never visit this restaurant. If you’re hungry it’s better to starve then to have food from this place.
So rude people working in this restaurant, wonder which planet they’re from.

Plain slices were $5.45 each. They were reheated in a specialized oven. Not terrible, not great, but not bad, for pizza from a mall food court.

Cashier seemed to have some issues with English, service was prompt, but not perfect.

We haven’t been to this outlet mall in many years, and the updated food court is very attractive with lots of food options.

Plenty of shared seating areas. We were here on Wednesday in Sept after 6 PM, and it was very quiet.

Their sign says Strombolis $7.75. I asked a worker to tell me what kinds they had and she explained 4 different types. My wife and I choose 2, one vegetable and one chicken. We where surprised to see the bill total $22.00 + tax to be $23.90. When I asked for an explanation, the cashier said you choose the veggie roll and that’s $11. I pointed out to her that nothing on their price board even states a ” veggie roll” or any other roll let alone a different price. I paid for my food to keep the line moving. I went back and explained they did not give me a receipt and that according to the explanation, it should have been $11+$7.75=$18.75 before tax but they charged me $22. The manager came and printed me a receipt and proceeded to explain that both of my choices were considered “rolls”. I told her the same thing, that there is no advertisement on her board to state “rolls @$11” She said she has no control over that. I told her I believe they are robbing people by deception and that I will complain starting with this review.
