FLUID Coffee Roasters is a locally owned, family operated specialty coffee roaster with 7 cafés across Northwest Indiana. Specialty coffee means intentional sourcing, high quality beans, and expert roasting that honors each origin. Rooted in the Indiana Dunes and powered by Lake Michigan water running through our equipment, we serve espresso, cold brew, seasonal drinks, and ceremonial grade matcha made with house-made ingredients. We offer food, baked goods, and curated merch, and we partner with breweries, wineries, cocktail bars, and local creatives. FLUID is welcoming to everyone and built for the hardworking people of the Region, plus artists, travelers, and the quietly intuitive. Dog friendly patios and treats included.

NOVUS ORDO is the best coffee drink I’ve ever had. Period. If you love chocolate-covered oranges, this is the drink for you: a vegan smoked chocolate orange latte .
Also loved the avocado toast, it was delicious. The bagel was perfectly toasted with a fluffy center, and the balsamic glaze gave it a nice extra touch I didn’t expect. It was so yummy!
Service was amazing too. The barista was incredibly friendly and had expert-level skills. The decor and vibe are super cool as well.
We found this spot right off the highway on our road trip home and couldn’t be happier. Thank you for such a lovely experience—now I just wish you had a location in PA!

Im a regular here and and I Love the vanilla bean expresso. The atmosphere here is amazing and the people and customer service is always on point. Leanna is there early mornings and remembers my order and is always super friendly. They have alot of different drinks as well as food on their menu. I recommend it for locals or if you are just passing through.

I wanted to try a new coffee shop and I looked some up and the first one that came up was fluid! When I went in Taya was super nice explaining to me all of the different things on the menu. She was incredibly patient as I kept changing my mind and ended up ordering two different drinks based off of her recommendation! I did not get any food but I bet it would be just as good as their drinks were. The atmosphere was so calming combined with the employees and the building itself. 10/10 recommend!

Tiffany was my barista, and somewhere between steaming milk and handing me my cup, she told me I apparently have a “face tilt” that makes people want to tell me their life stories. I didn’t know that was a thing, but five minutes later I was considering charging co-pays while she calmly delivered both a flawless latte and surprisingly solid life commentary.
Not only does she pour a flawless cup, but she also gives life advice that rivals her barista skills — and that’s saying something. If this coffee shop ever launches a therapy + espresso combo package, Tiffany should run it.
Great coffee. Even better conversation. 10/10 would overshare again. ☕

Truly a wonderful coffee shop. A friend and I stopped at this location during our road trip and I did not expect this level of quality and customer service. Everyone were so friendly, the coffee and food was great, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. They also have nice stickers and souvenirs. I ended up purchasing coffee beans and they were kind enough to grind them for me. Truly a gem, I would recommend this place to everyone!
