Weighted, in line for 15 minutes, for one car to get called up. I never even placed my order. It’s a drive through and only one car in 15 minutes. Got waited on. & even she was yelling HELLO to the box! Inside was NOT busy.. N0 excuses!!!

Everytime I come here the Mac and cheese is crusty and brown, old and dry … kfc used to be good always disappointing now. When we got there we sat at the speaker for 5 minutes just for them to tell us to pull up to take our order and the lady was clearly annoyed we were ordering and we felt rushed didn’t ask us what kind of drink didn’t ask what sauce we wanted with the meal ( didn’t end up getting any because she never asked). This isn’t the first time we’ve been disappointed at this location.

This place is always hit or miss but mostly a miss. Every time I come they’re out of something. Tonight was especially rude service over the drive-through. Pulled up with nobody else in the drive-through and waited over five minutes for somebody. Five different choices of drinks for kids and all they had was milk. And what kind of KFC runs out of mashed potatoes and gravy? What a joke lol, so I decided to just go take my business elsewhere. I’ll give it another shot and hope for better management next time.

Used the app to order. App directed me to park in a designated spot for pickup. Signage at drive thru speaker directed me to go inside. Doors were locked, no note, time was 7:30pm. Went through drive through. No fries or Mac n cheese, both were supposed to be in the order, switched out for corn and more mashed potatoes. Checked order for substitute, ended up having coleslaw. Switched it before leaving. After getting home uncooked breading on chicken, undercooked doughy centered biscuits. Not a happy $30+ KFC purchase.

Absolutely the worst service I have gotten at any KFC. Went to the Clio store at around 1pm today. Whomever it was taking the orders at the drive up. Was rude and not listening to what we wanted to order. Didn’t even ask us what we wanted for sides. Just through in mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Got an attitude when I told her at the window what we wanted. Never gave us our drinks and never offered a receipt. I’ll never go there again that’s for damn sure

Ordered a big order through the mobile app. App said it would take longer, which was fine. Mobile app finally notified it was ready. I got there, and the manager said it wouldn’t be ready for another 15 minutes. I went back 20 minutes later and still waited another 10 minutes. Got the chicken home and all the breading was soggy and falling off the chicken

Went in got a meal they forgot the coleslaw there interior was disgusting everything about this kfc is disgusting the moment you walk in you feel the depression they took forever and still forgot things. I don’t recommend this kfc i rather use the gas to go somewhere else and when we went to call twice rang through the drink machine inside was filthy i dont trust it theres to much bulidup it was dark inside on a sunny day kitchen was dark as well.

After Noon! No response at the drive through order screen. Someone was at the drive through window, I did not notice if they were trying to get someone’s attention or paid & received food. We went to the window only to have someone looking back at us. NO acknowledgement whatsoever, not a wave or a shrug of apologies. Extremely rude and obnoxious behavior for an adult employee to behave. We just left & will never return.

Honestly, the food quality was not good. The nuggets were rubbery and the table next to me got hair in their food, but we all felt so bad for the TWO young guys working that we didnt say anything because they were clearly struggling. There’s no changing table!! Even in the women’s bathroom, so i had to change a diaper on a booth in the eating area. I wiped everything down after but I was very uncomfortable with it.
