This was our first time dining here. We were passing through Little Rock and decided to give Big Bad Breakfast a try. So glad we chose to stop here! My French toast and chicken and pork sausage were delicious. My husband loved his breakfast platter. Great service and atmosphere. We love discovering new breakfast restaurants.

Food was delicious and price was moderate. Tip: Be sure to give your phone number for the rewards points before you get your ticket, otherwise it won’t show your points earned. Service was a little slow. Server was nice just not friendly. But overall good breakfast.

Overall, great experience. I have dined in and ordered from DoorDash. I loved the Two Eggs over medium – they were cooked perfectly and the american cheese was melted the way I like. The Crispy Hash Cakes were hot and the exact crispy crunch I was hoping for. I wasnt a huge fan of the Grits with cheese on top. They werent bad, but just not my speed. The Dr. Pepper was cold and tasty – not too much syrup and not too much carbonation. Good balance in comparison to other places I get drinks from. I did need to add a little salt and seasoning for the eggs and grits, but glad they weren’t super seasoned so I could season them the way I prefer. When I dined in, the staff was super attentive and was very willing to answer my questions. I will be ordering from here and dining in again in the future!

Amazing biscuits! I got the egg and cheese biscuit sandwich and my husband got a skillet with a biscuit as well. They also have incredible fresh squeezed orange juice. Our server, Ray (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was super sweet. We’d eat here again if we were local!

Best breakfast in my city, Little Rock. The biscuits are soooo soft. The bacon is on-point. The grits are top tier. The eggs are cooked to my liking. The customer service is amazing. Every waitress that I ever had was nice. I also had their pancakes before too and they are so big and soft just how I like them. If you never tried BBB, then I don’t know what you are doing with your life. Lol.

Everything was great. Loved the atmosphere. My husband got a Bloody Mary with the BLT Omelet and I got the Caramel Apple-mosa with the Cathead Chicken Biscuit. All of it was delicious. The server was very attentive and took the time to explain the menu, and give us a little history about the restaurant. We got our food and drinks quickly, and the music playlist was a good mix of 80s and 90s nostalgic tunes. 10/10.

EDIT: The manager did reach out promptly after I emailed about my experience and offered to make my experience right, which I very much appreciate! I raised my rating a star because of this.
I’ll start with the positive:
We were seated pretty quickly, and the food was excellent! My wife had the breakfast plate and I had the Cajun Omelet, and my son had the waffle, and all were excellent. And the food was prepared and delivered quickly.
My frustrations were as follows:
I ordered a Bloody Mary and my wife a coke. Neither was brought to us before the food was delivered, and as the server never checked on us after he brought the first round of waters and teas we actually went to the bar to ask about them (we were told it would have taken care of). When our food was delivered we asked the server again about our drinks, and he finally brought them when I was almost finished with my omelet. I also asked for Pico de Gallo for my omelet and was told I’d be brought some… but that was never brought to me either. The water, tea and coke for our table was never refilled.
No amends were ever offered, not even a basic, “I’m sorry about that, I’ll get that right out to you.”
In spite of this very sub-par service, we were automatically charged an 18% gratuity (I assume because we had a party of 6).

Had an excellent breakfast there. The food was excellent. The service was fantastic. I really liked the coffee. I don’t like hot sauce, but I really liked the green hot sauce they offered. Highly recommend it.

Be prepared to wait quite a while. When we got there at 920a on a Saturday, the wait was already 60-90 mins. When we were seated, the wait was 2 hrs. Just a warning.
Really good food, and nice staff. Even though the place was packed, we received our food very quickly. I ordered the chicken and waffle. The 3 chicken strips were huge, tender, and very flavorful by themselves. The waffle was fluffy and delicious. I added syrup, even though honey was already drizzled over top. Very pleased with my selection. My wife ordered a ham and cheese omelette with a biscuit and fries. The omelette was really large, probably 4-5 eggs. She said it was really good, just too much food. The fries were pretty basic; crispy and good. The biscuit… This thing was dense, buttery, and perfectly cooked. I tore off a few bites, dipped into their house strawberry jelly, and was in heaven. I wish I hadn’t been so full so I could’ve eaten more of the biscuit. I know what I’m trying next time! My daughter got a waffle and bacon. She loved the waffle and the bacon was great. To drink, I ordered the Big Bad Cold Brew, black. It was cool and refreshing, with no bitterness.
Overall, we were pleased with everything. The wait was long, but at least we were able to run errands while we waited for the text saying our table was ready!

I wanted to see what the hype was about. Meh it was ok. The service was great but after that everything else was average. I had the Big Bad Skillet. It came with an egg scramble mixed with potatoes, bacon, onions, and peppers. The sides were a biscuit and blackberry jelly. I added the hashbrown cakes and tossed salad. The scramble was ok I added this green sauce at the table which was really good. It also made the scramble a little bit better. The hashbrowns were not seasoned and kind of dry. The biscuits were good and the jelly was really good. My wife had the shrimp and grits which comes with a fried egg. She said it was ok. This is my wife’s favorite dish. She said the grits were flavorless, the gravy did give it some taste, and the shrimp had some seasoning. This place overall is not worth another visit. Try for yourself and let me know.
