Great sandwiches! Cheesesteak was spot on with a perfect roll. Buffalo cheesesteak just as good. The 4 cheese grilled cheese with bacon- again fantastic. The Po Boy and tavern pizza solid as well. Looking forward to many more trips here! Service was excellent prices are about $16 a sandwich or so.

The foods and flour here is imported directly from Italy! My Husband and my Gram love the homemade cheese ravioli with the fresh red sauce. I try something new each time we go since I have an allergy to Gluten but the menu is so extensive I have a difficult time choosing what to eat. My go to has been Cheese Steak Stromboli and now I’m on to the Buffalo Wings. Chicken fingers are freshly breaded chicken cutlet and the homemade honey mustard sauce is so sweet and delicious. Ask for Caitlyn she gets it done and is so kind..so is BeBe!!! Thank you ladies!

We did take out but hung out a little while waiting for the food (we came early to check the place out so not a fault on them).
I picked up two burgers and order of fries.
The burgers were huge but that’s not necessarily a good thing. There was so much meat but not enough of everything else that all you were eating was meat. The cheese, bacon and onions were so little that you don’t notice them. For an almost $20 burger it should come with a side.
We ordered a side of fries which was a pile of shoe string fries. We had a 5 minute drive home which is probably the holding time. Because they were cold, however, toss them in the oven and they were great.
The ladies who helped us were super nice and kind.

Are there negative stars? The absolute worst takeout experience I’ve ever had. As a celiac who usually gives too much grace to gluten free restaurants, sad to say I can never support this business again. After having our pickup order delayed and barely being acknowledged by staff, the owner realized he made my stromboli regular instead of gluten free. I was appreciative he realized it although this put us at an hour and a half wait for our food. No apologies, no acknowledgment of that. When we got home and started eating my boyfriend found a hair in his stromboli (which we later came to realize after showing people the photo that it might’ve been a brush bristle – not a hair – still something that shouldn’t be in your food). I called and spoke to Joe, the owner. He said he’s bald and he made it, I could tell he didn’t believe me despite having a photo and he didn’t apologize. He told me to call back the next day and he’d take care of it because it was a busy Saturday night, which was fair. I then discovered the pepperoni in my Stromboli must’ve been sliced still having the paper on it…every bite I was literally pulling strings of paper out of my mouth.
The next day when I called back I also mentioned the paper in the Stromboli and just how it was all a little disappointing after the long wait and everything. The owner began accusing me of lying about the hair, talked over me, raised his voice, only fixated on claiming he “fixed” the gluten-free mistake (even though I ordered it gluten free…) and refused to acknowledge or take any responsibility for the hair, the pepperoni paper, or the long wait. I didn’t even mention the awful $15 buffalo fries that were soggy shoestring fries drowning in sauce and missing the ranch/blue cheese, or his rude staff. When I tried to discuss a resolution, he was hostile and refused to do what was fair and hung up on me after telling me “that’s how I run my business.” Then when I called back and said I’d dispute the charge, he threatened me in a very hostile way and hung up again.
I’ve worked in this industry and grew up with my parents in the industry, mistakes happen and I would’ve been very understanding, but this place clearly doesn’t know how to treat customers or take accountability. Cooking great food is only part of running a business – you have to know how to treat your customers and deal with mistakes and they don’t know how to do that. I used to recommend this place any chance I got for the gluten-free options, but after being served contaminated food and treated SO disrespectfully, I will never be back.

Oh my goodness! This was such a good night out! We had the steamers and coconut shrimp and I believe it was called the peppino’s special….. Shrimp, scallops, and cod. My mom was in awe! Music was on point not exceptionally loud. It was perfect, the bar area was having a great time but still enjoyable for dinner conversation. Super family friendly and the waiters and wait staff and Lea did an exceptional job at listening and giving us exactly what we were looking for. Good mood, good food. Great night and local! I noticed people taking pictures and they are not exactly what you think. The rolls were perfect for but look so much different when you post them. Please try this amazing place. I guarantee you’ll love it.

I absolutely loved everything about this dining experience at Ciao Pazzo! Upon entering ,you get the feel of a welcoming family-owned restaurant( Joseph came to our table to see if everything was going well which I love )! The food was absolutely to die for! We had clams casino, calamari, shrimp and scallops salad and a cheese steak with sweet potato fries and death by chocolate dessert. I have never tasted a plain Cheesesteak with fried onions on sesame seed roll, so good! And the seafood was over the top, delicious! I could go on for days about this place .I will be frequenting as often as possible! You simply have to come out and try this place!

I taste tested three cheesteaks. Steve’s, Nico’s New Britain, and Ciao Pazzo. Pazzo was fantastic. Incredible roll and great taste. Nico’s was solid, would definitely get again. Steve’s- they should have paid me to eat it. Pazzo looked like a great atmosphere to hang out at the bar and the service was the type in which you know that the owner cares about who is greeting you and that it’s done right. Great spot.

Gluten free paradise. The only restaurant I know that totally caterers to people with celiac. Everything can be made Gluten free. Pasta and bread, wings, shrimp all in separate frier with a Gluten free batter. Appetizers and Entries and desserts Gluten free. Gluten free cider and there even getting a Gluten free beer. Great friendly service and knowledgeable about celiac.
This place is totally buttoned up when it comes to celiac. Really nice bar / Restaurant you can watch the sports games on a bunch of tv’s strategically place around the bar. You have to give it a try believe me you wont be disappointed. Oh and say hi to Joe, DJ , Jen , Erica and Kate the bartenders for great service and friendly attitude.
