Our server Brian was well educated, kind, and knowledgeable about the pastas, the pizzas, the menu, the olive oil, and what alternatives for certain choices without diminishing the taste of the pasta/pizza. Everything tasted so delicious, we tried the taste testing pasta which is 3 different pastas for 38$ per person. The pastas were so creative and very tasty, as well as the truffle pizza. Would definitely come back.

I was extremely disappointed in this place. The hostesses were stuck up. We were taken to our table and there was a chair missing. The hostess didn’t see that the reservation was for 4. When we told her again she scuffed and dragged another one from behind us. We asked the server if we can get the table wiped down again because it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. When the server came back to take her drink orders, he didn’t specify that there wasn’t any sodas on tap just bottles. So two of us ordered water and one ordered a Coke and a diet Coke. He brings them to us then asks us who got what. At this point we should have just left but we were hungry so we ordered food. Time goes by and it gets later and later The server comes to us letting us know that our food is taking longer than expected to cook. There were only only five tables with people in the whole restaurant! He finally brings us our food and again asks who got what. When it was time to pay the check we ended up getting another table’s check. I will definitely not come back to this restaurant. The food was nothing special and not worth the price.

We had a wonderful Christmas Eve dinner at Eataly! We started with the Caesar salad and the Insalata di cavolo nero followed by several mains. The Capricciosa pizza was amazing with a perfect traditional crust, and the Salsicciotta was very good too. We also tried two types of lasagna: the Emiliana and the Ai Funghi. While both were tasty, the Lasagna Emiliana was definitely my favorite. Overall, a great experience with truly authentic flavors. I’ll gladly be back for more!

not only will they completely forget about your order. not only will others who arrived later after you get their food before you. not only will it take 1 hour for your food to arrive. but when your food finally comes, it has not a shred of protein in it.
The salad looks like a Walmart salad with a few shreds of cheese. The spaghetti came with no meat. the ravioli also came with no meat. these are their “lunch specials”. we left a 50-cent tip but even that felt like too much.

We visited La Pizza & La Pasta at Eataly recently, and unfortunately the experience was far from satisfactory.
To start with the positive: the pizza was genuinely good and reasonably priced. However, the truffle pasta was a major disappointment. For the exorbitant price, we expected something special, but what we got was a dish with no protein at all and little to justify the cost.
The service was, frankly, the worst part of the evening. We were left unattended for a long time, while a couple who arrived after us was served immediately. Once our food finally arrived, our server never returned to check in or see if we needed anything else. She only reappeared when it was time to pay and that interaction was uncomfortable at best. She hovered extremely close to the card machine, staring at the screen while we entered the tip, even looking directly at my husband as he typed the amount. It felt invasive and unprofessional. We tipped 15%, but honestly, we regretted it.
Overall, this was not a good experience, and the poor service overshadowed the few positive aspects of the meal. I highly recommend going elsewhere.

Food is hit or miss. Recommended: Branzino a la Livornese, was very good on each occasion. Pizza is good too. Pasta was bland (several occasions).
Service is on the poorer side. They forget dishes (and then take forever to fix), some servers pick their own tips so you can’t tip less than 20% (rude for them to do and not a restaurant rule, just what some do).
Atmosphere is relaxed, so that part is good. Overall, a mid experience, but not bad.

I want to thank our server who saved us from eating meat. We ordered romana bruschetta thinking it’s vegetarian but had meat potions. Thankyou so much. Inspite of being in a busy eataly departmental store , this place is in the corner away from the hustle bustle of shoppers. We couldn’t find any without egg pastry or cake or any dessert so our graduation celebration was incomplete.

We had a business dinner for 40 people. Everything was EXCELLENT: food, service, timing, space, and signage for our party. Laura and Team were easy to work with and very attentive.
