I went to this location and asked for beef sausage cheese eggs n hash browns. This is what I was given. I called the restaurant back and the young lady that answered the phone was completely unprofessional as well as the manager. I stated that I wanted shredded hash browns as they were pictured on the menu. They both came back wit a response sayin that I should’ve told them that I wanted shredded hash browns. I reply that I never knew they had hash brown patties and if there were two different options y not make that option known to the paying customer. Didn’t notice this until I made it home and was ready to sit and eat. A simple no problem come back and we’ll take care of it would’ve been good but they told me that they would only change the hash browns. So now I’m suppose to eat fresh hash browns and the rest of my food cold. These folks seem to have to common sense nor common courtesy four paying customers.
Jimbos is kool just not this location. Try the one on Melrose, waaaaayyyyyy better service.

This Jimbos location is awesome. Anything you order is gonna be a delightful meal the staff who answer the phone are very friendly helpful & on point. I really love this restaurant they even make delicious drinks passionfruit, lemonade Etc. My favorite are the hash brown patties the griddle cakes And that cornbread!! Even the delivery guys are great very nice establishment. In the photo I ordered a spinach Quesadilla with steak and spinach inside Onion rings, hot honey Chicken with cornbread A passionfruit lemonade and I tried one of the new energy drinks made by the Jimbo staff very refreshing!

I’ve been coming to this Jimbos for a year now! The atmosphere is amazing, the staff pay attention to detail! Very attentive and make sure you get quality meals! I usually come here on break but little by little started coming for Saturday breakfast! My family loves it and we always have a great time. 10/10 service!

This was my first time at Jimbos , and it has me blown away how clean it was and staff was very polite and food presentation was over the top for a Gyro and taste great our server Linda was very sweet and patient Definitely recommend coming to this location!

I’ve been a customer of Jimbo’s since I started working in The, Bronx over six years now. I have to say I’ve never had a disappointing meal from them. The food is very good and the service is exceptional. I go to Jimbo’s daily for my breakfast and lunch from time to time. The pricing is reasonable and I enjoy the workers. Sal & Joseline are the best. If you’re in the area don’t hesitate to stop in, you won’t regret it!
