I have been to Jalisco twice and the food is amazing. Waitress is bilingual and is super sweet. The food is the best authentic Mexican food in valley station area. Food was hot and fresh and made you feel like it was homemade not dumped out of a can or box.

I just came up there and got food. I called before to make sure that they sell individual servings of chips and salsa. They charge over $3 for this little cup that they don’t even fill up all the way and a half a bag of chips. An absolute rip off. Also online says they’re burrito deluxes are $5.99 a piece They charged me over $7 each for them. Two small burritos and a small side of chips and salsa for over $20. Absolutely insane! Every other restaurant on Dixie like el comal, and El nopal sell small and large salsas for under $5. Shoot you can even go get salsa and chips from tumbleweed and you get more for cheaper.
It sucks they’re such a rip off because their food’s pretty good and they’re close to My house which means I would have been eating there often and now I refuse to go.

Food & service was great ! Place was very clean . Prices was not bad. My only complaint is little cold in building and bathroom . I would definitely recommend this place ! Only reason why I didn’t give a 5 star was because of it being cold .

Some of the best Mexican food in the city! But twice now I’ve had to wait almost an hour for my order.

First time I ordered online, arrived to pick up 30min later, only to find out they never got the order to the kitchen. They did apologize.

Second time I ordered, left for 15min, came back in and was told they would check on it. At that time, I see the server grab the order pad and head to the kitchen. She comes out to inform me that it’s coming, but they were working on other orders. Proceeded to wait another 30-40min to get my order. Never received an apology for the long wait

The food is excellent, but they struggle with to go orders. A table of 6 came in after I ordered and were receiving their food while I waited, so it must not be an issue with dining in.

Food is really good, even with the higher price, but not worth an hour wait

Family owned restaurant churning out some good food. Tried the pork in green Chile meal. Serving size is large, two meals really. Great value for your money. The rice and beans were good too. Staff was friendly and ready to help. Different restaurant now -Jalisco El Toque Chingon. Tried to change this on google maps a couple times.

This is honestly the best Mexican food In Louisville. This place definitely has a new customer. I order Chicken Fajita Nachos with two pollo tacos. The nachos were superb and so very well seasoned. That chicken was phenomenal. The tacos were especially amazing though due to the fact that a lot of Mexican restaurants for whatever reason have a hard time seasoning the chicken that comes in the taco. It’s as if they expect you to get amazing flavor from the onions, cilantro, and salsa verde only. This place knocked it out of the park as far as the tacos go. HANDS DOWN THE BEST AUTHENTIC MEXICAN CHICKEN TACOS IN LOUISVILLE.

Only issue with my order was the fact that they are very light handed when it comes to the amount of salsa, chips, and salsa verde they provide. It was all barely even half way filled. See pictures below. Still rating them a 5/5 and will definitely be ordering again. I guess since the salsa verde, chips, and salsa are all complimentary the restaurant is not concerned with filling it up even half way or almost to the top. Idk.

Overall a good option. Baleadas are fire, got this place recommended by a Honduran friend and I’m not disappointed. I’ve tried a couple of their options and all of them have been awesome. Place could get a little more advertising so more people could know about this place.
