I came across Amerithai while randomly scrolling through the street food finder app. Later in the day, while on my way to Popeyes, I noticed the food truck and returned to try it. On Sunday, I finally had the opportunity to visit and place an order. Initially, I was hesitant because the menu wasn’t straightforward, and the truck was located in a hotel parking lot. However, I love a challenge, so I decided to try it.
When we arrived, the wind was strong, making it difficult to read the menu on the truck. Luckily, there was a laminated booklet with pictures of the menu items. I took photos of the menu and returned to the car to decide what to order. The owner noticed that I had left and was kind enough to bring the laminated menu to my wife so I could browse more efficiently.
After deciding what to order, I got the Moo Pig Three Sticks with fried rice, and my vegetarian wife got the fried rice. The sides were either fried rice, noodles, or fries. I also ordered the hot dog, which the owner told us to wait in the car for, and he would bring it to us. The food was freshly made and didn’t take long to prepare, about 5-10 minutes. The portions were generous, and the sauce was delicious.
The female owner was amiable and even gave us a sample of her noodles, which were terrific. I plan on getting those next time I visit. The plate I ordered was enough for two portions, and the hot dog was more like a sausage and was delicious. I hope they expand their menu soon so I can try more of the female owner’s dishes.

I was casually driving by and seen the food truck. I am so glad we stopped! The food is AMAZING and cannot wait to be back for more. We were given to try the tea freshly brewed and it was delicious. Super friendly, inviting atmosphere. I got the Moo Ping 3 sticks and side of noodles. Delicious ! They have a laminated menu you can take to your car I love that idea and so convenient.

This is wonderful amazing and much needed in this area. So thankful to have authentic Thai food available. The flavors are so great and fresh everything, definitely recommend the pork salad and the barbecue pork skewers.

I cannot say enough good things about Ameri-Thai food truck! The Mooping with fried rice was to die for! The sauce on the pork was unreal, and the fried rice has the best flavor. The Thai Tea was absolutely delicious and possibly the best that I have ever had!
The owners are so kind and friendly. This was my first time checking out this food truck when it was at our corner mart here in Archers Lodge- and we were so impressed! Seriously cannot wait until you guys return!

I don’t have pics to show because I ate everything!! So fresh, delicious and the owners were so nice! I had my baby with me so ordering from food trucks are ideal for me so I can wait in the car. The gentlemen brought me my food to the car window while I fed my baby! The chef also included some of the chicken to try, the chicken was absolutely amazing! I’m breast feeding so I’m always so hungry!! This hit every spot I needed! Thank you guys so much! Don’t judge me if I’m back often!

This is a mobile Food Truck where one needs to check their schedule on FB or call the number on their menu. It’s a husband and wife (she’s the cook) team that dole out delicious Thai cuisine that melt in your mouth. I love original Thai Tea and they serve it! She’s the only cook and server of fresh ingredients, so be patient and drink some Thai Tea while you wait. The husband, Mr. Bill, will gladly share travel stories too.
