Ordered avocado cobb salad. There was VERY LITTLE AVOCADO (picture shows ALL of it) and the avocado was so HARD that I couldn’t even bite it! I don’t know how they were able to dice it without noticing! It was THAT HARD.

This Saladworks is the best in the area by far! The people are always nice and the salads are fantastic, with great portion sizes and very fresh ingredients.

I stopped here with my kids for a healthier dinner option. The two young ladies working were very sweet and patient while we decided. The portions were generous, and we all thought our salads were very good. (Caesar, Mediterranean, and BBQ chicken). My only complaint is that the beverage area was a bit unkempt, and both the lemonade and the iced tea were extremely watered down. Otherwise, it was a nice experience, and we’ll definitely be back, especially with the great customer service, which tends to be a rarity.

Haven’t been at Saladworks for years and decided to come back and try it out again! I wish I never did! One of the ladies at behind the salad bar decided to charge me for a one extra plastic container as for extra toppings that I didn’t get?! I not only dined in with a company of 3 more people, I also took a salad to go! What a BAD customer experience! This lady was very rude and mean who intervened as the other lady was taking care of us, I was getting a one big salad for 2 people to go, so I needed an extra container. She took over the register charging me extra and never even giving me an extra fork! Very bad cheap energy! Spent $100 for a quick dinner for 5 people and even tipped them for nothing! All I got was negative experience, the 2 ladies kept looking at our group and gossiping! Very immature and bad service and bad communication experience. I’ve never for many years experienced anything like this. Usually any place always tries to be extra friendly so people come back. Not this place. I’m never coming back!

Stopped here last year and was surprised to see a salad store serving romaine lettuce that was browned. The server also seemed under the weather, but was making salads for people. Was turned off and left before placing an order. Last evening heard someone happily describing their Saladworks salad, so I decided to stop by today and give it another try. This time the romaine was still browned, and some of the vegetables displayed were less than appealing because they were near empty or had other food dropped into their sections. In anycase, was surprised again to see a salad store not doing salad in a particularly appealing way. Don’t usually write negative comments, but I guess I felt compelled. Probably done with Saladworks for a while once again.
