I ordered 3 gorditas: cabeza, al pastor / trompo, shrimp. Crispy fried gorditas similar crisp and bite of an arepa (similar but different doughs)! Not greasy. A sufficient amount of sour cream without drowning the fillings in it. Tender tenderrrrr cabeza!! My favorite was the al pastor meat – the smokey slightly charred aroma was comforting like a backyard family reunion BBQ grill cookout. Tender diced shrimp! Reasonably priced! Only 1 picnic table with a table umbrella. I look forward to frequenting these food entrepreneurs when I’m nearby 🙂

Alright so I have had quite a lot of tacos around Berkeley county and North Charleston. They certainly live up to the name. Their tacos are absolutely excellent and taste amazing. I have not roasted everything but I had shrimp, chorizo, chicken, pastor and barbacoa. All just full of flavor and freshness. Highly recommend.
