I was disappointed with the Menudo, it was basically red water with no flavor hardly any hominy or tripe the reason I gave it 1 star is because the bread was good. But hey you can go to the grocery store and get Menudo in a can and it will taste better than what you get from this restaurant, might want to ad salt, garlic, or Chile to this flavorless watery thing called food.
