I loved Long John Silvers when I young, but I’m no longer young and I no longer like their food. However, I decided to stop in and try the A & W Restaurant this time. I waited 10 minutes for food. Usually that means they had to make the order fresh. Unfortunately though, the waffle fries were definitely old. The burger was burnt on the edges, as was the bacon. My daughter’s plain cheeseburger was so burnt/hard that she “plucked” it and it sounded like wood. The server (drive thru) forgot my root beer and seemed irritated that I asked for it.
Finally, the price was insane. Two fast food burgers (burnt) and stale fries and a drink for over $18. Ouch…
Hopefully you have better luck when visiting.

Listen, I truly wanna see this place succeed. For that to happen though somebody needs to actually care. I’m not gonna lie. The food itself was actually really good. It came out fresh and crispy. Also, the root beer was on point as usual. Much better than the bottle. That said somebody really needs to take a broom and dustpan to this place. It was so messy I was worried about finding a place to sit. There’s a lot of potential here. So to the staff, please try harder and do better!

Wow! 30 min for a burned cold hamburger with cold soggy onion rings. Seat and booths are broken. Staff does not clean the dining room or bathroom. Every customer waiting 30 min for food appears defeated.
Time to close the doors.

While the front line cashier was the most unprofessional worker I witnessed i did not witness the other workers or interact with them to make a judgement. I must ask why you let the gentleman on backline touch the fish he was dropping in the vat with bare hands. Disappointed in the service and could not allow myself to eat the food even though it’s appearance looked well. Will never be coming back

Waited 25 mn in the drive thru for 3 things. Chili cheese dog had gobs of mustard all on it…why? My restaurant, were people actually dine in, serves people food from SCRATCH quicker than this. They need actual management and training. Very polite but that’s all I can say.

Stood at the front counter 1st in line for 10 minutes before even being addressed then waited 35 minutes to get our food all while dealing with someone who I had to ask to speak up every time she spoke. There were no napkins and no root beer. Last visit I’ll make.

This place feels like a fever dream. The anti social staff. The speaker is blown out. The food took around 30 mins when there was only like 4 other people in the restaurant. I did NOT enjoy the “fresh” root beer from the soda machine. The food was mid. Try a different location maybe.

We decided to dine in after my daughter’s soccer game. As we were leaving, I completely forgot my wallet on one of the booths. As soon as I realized it, we drove back. When I enter the building, the girl in front had already handed my wallet to the manager. I can’t tell you how thankful and happy I was. She was awesome as well when taking our order. I’m Super thankful for honest and respectful people. : )

This place was terrible! I normally do not leave reviews, but this was awful. They did not have fries which was understandable, but the burgers they gave us were cold like refrigerator cold, the order was completely wrong, the Rootbeer float and freezes were warm and running all over the cups. The onion rings and cheese curds were burnt, we waited around 20 minutes for cold food. They had locked the door to where you could not go in to correct the order. The employees seemed like they were not trained and a simple order was completely overwhelming to where they threw everything in the bag cold or burnt, we spent $45 on food we literally had to throw away. We will not be back I’m just hoping nobody gets food poisoning from the little bits that were tried before trashing. This is completely unacceptable and if I owned this restaurant and it was ran this way I would be embarrassed and mortified.
