I got the meal deal for the day and it was a Meetball Sub and I was excited because I had not had a meatball in a long time and the meatballs were hard. Wondering if they were just pulled out of the freezer because it was a hard bite.

Nita took my order and I had a horrible experience here I asked for extra cucumbers and the lady Nita got mad and didn’t want to it I offered to pay extra and she was like there’s no cost so I said what’s the problem why can’t I get extra and she was throwing a whole fit horrible horrible experience never coming back here again every time I come to this location Nita always has a problem with us Nita is always trying to make our order hard and always try’s to not let us us our coupons never want to come back here again horrible service!

heaven forbid if you use a valid coupon when paying. seems they dont like accepting them. maybe they need to discuss that with Subway corporate instead of making their customers feel like garbage for showing them the coupon before you order. geez.

My experience wasn’t bad at this subway. The staff is lazy and they were rushing my order she didn’t even wrap my sandwiches properly! 2/10 I don’t recommend!

They dont accept cupons. The cupon does not mention anything about veggie patry being excluded. While there is another subway towards North Mount juliet Road near the exit to i40, they accept the cupon there for all subs.

I order double and paid $4 dollars more I’ve order before with single and feel cause of boho going they cheated on meat it wasn’t as if was double it actually felt single but I paid the double on both sandwich extra $8 dollars and when I asked she said. Yeah and when I asked man Casie still had concerns he said you heard her. Just really unprofessional cause same price at jersey mikes I get quality just like subway but I guess jersey mikes I’m paying honesty and better customer service. I felt like they didn’t even want me there

This location was the rudest by far.

I ordered through the app, and the location was changed last minute. Approximately 3 minutes later I call to cancel the order and I’m told no, they wouldn’t because the food was already ready…3 minutes later?

The lady said yes I was getting a refund, then no, then yes, then no.

They consistently argued with me for no reason and tried to hang up on me saying they were too busy to talk to me… again, it they were that busy how would they have my sandwiches ready in 3 minutes?

They eventually cancelled my order after several minutes of unnecessary argument.

Will not be back.
