My first time going into Rita’s in Passaic while the experience wasn’t the worst it wasn’t the best either wasn’t a big fan on how the manager or someone in management lets somebody they know cut ahead of me usually I would let petty things like this go but considering how they couldn’t even acknowledge that. I thought I might as well leave a review. I would have given five stars if it wasn’t for that particular instance.

Stopped by today on opening day at Rita’s and overall very solid experience.
The line looked long, but it moved surprisingly fast — about 5–6 minutes and people kept flowing through smoothly.
Place looks clean, menu has a nice variety, and prices are very fair.
I tried the gelati and it was delicious. Nice to see a fresh new spot here, and definitely looking forward to coming back.
