WOW! as an ex NYer (been 50 yrs) not too many pizza places floor me..these guys nailed it..idk if it was brick oven or not but dang they hit it..toppings were plentiful as well as the quantity..for a fam of 6 (3 adults, 3 kids) we got a salad (which didnt get touched) also 2 lrg, plus 1 xlrg and we have plenty left..half of each! the youngest GG Little (2 yo) had seconds..what is really amazing to me is that it costs the same as what i spent at pizza hut (was a sm town with no options) and we didnt get near as much and certainly didnt get the quality! needless to say we found our new fav place!

I called Marcos at 3:15 to order pizza for a pick up at 5:30. The worker on the phone did not say anything about them being too busy and my pizzas might not be ready on time. This pizza was for a party with multiple people who were counting on the pizza for 6:00. Because the employee was confused about my paying on the phone, I stopped by at 4 to pay for it. I talked with her about the pizza being ready by 5:30. I could tell, based on her answer and the lack of organization that, even though there was more than enough time (2 hours and 15 minutes notice), it might not be ready. The method of organization was to hang the slip receipt on the shelf and one worker said to another “pay attention to this one; don’t forget about it.” At that point, I was already worried. My daughter stopped to pick it up at 5:30, because I had to be at the party early. The workers had not even started making the pizzas. Based on past reviews and my experience, there is a major lack of organization, and this has caused multiple people to have bad experiences. This issue has not yet been fixed. Someone in admin needs to step in and come up with an organized way for the workers to pay attention to the orders and timeliness of the outputting of pizzas. I should be able to order pizzas 2+ hours early and get my pizzas at the time requested. I like the taste of Marcos pizza, but will not order there anymore. The service is not dependable. *Update…I called and talked to the manager. She was very nice and helpful. I don’t know if this problem will ever be resolved becauseof their system. But, call in if you have problems because the manager is very helpful. They did give me 2 free cheese pizzas and a family sized salad.

The pizza was tasty but everything else was mid or bad in my opinion.
I feel like ranch has become an important part of pizza places and their ranch wasn’t that good. With that being said, the salad wasn’t the best. The wings weren’t good. They were soggy and sauce less. When I went in to order I was hoping for a dine-in experience but they only do to-go/delivery. The girl working was by herself and she kept asking for help and it took like five minutes for the two to come out of the office. They made me feel like an inconvenience. So, if you order here do a phone call or delivery order.

Food was great. Got a basic pepperoni pizza and 6 pc buffalo wings. Yummy! We only got 5 wings instead of 6. I contacted the manager and she was SO sweet. Resolved the issue immediately. Will be back!

Did am order as I was leaving work tonight at 545. Order would be ready by 6. Get there at 6 order not ready. Waiting it’s 6 10 and I ask where is my order, girl looked back and I said it’s not ready because you guys forgot to put it in the oven. I had seen the kid walk back after I paid to check on my order and it was sitting top of oven, not in to cook, so he put it in. Well I said I want my money back,, “nick” comes up and said if you want to.leave your information the manager decide if you get your money back to tomorrow. I said she will decide, he said yes she has to decide if I get my money back. I then said give me my food and turned to leave. Not one staff member said I am sorry, or could even come up to me while I was standing there waiting and tell me something. Finally at 615 got my food and left. What do.people teach these kids at a job? Guess that just shows you what the expectations are at that marcos.

We love Marcos food but the last 3 times we have ordered delivery, part of the order has been missing. Twice it’s been a pizza and today it was a salad and if that wasn’t bad enough, one of the 4 pizzoli’s we ordered was chicken, we only ordered pepperoni and pepperoni and sausage. We understand there is sometimes a shortage of workers and things can happen but this is ridiculous. It should be part of the process to check the order before it leaves the store.

Best pizza in town except for the fact thay they will hand your delivery over to DOORDASH no matter what you do without telling you whatsoever. Its absolutely laughable to me that the owner who clearly cares so much for her brand would allow Dashers (terrible in every way) to lose her customers. I will NEVER be back to marcos, it pains me to say this as its my favorite spot but I refuse to support this behavior, same with my friends and family. Never again.

the price for pizza is normally not bad, but when you want anything other than the specialty options it quickly gets to be completely ridiculous. at the very least, there should be a vegetarian option. a normal specialty pizza has more toppings, the same toppings, and costs less than a 3 topping by because of how stupid their topping prices are.

I came here in a few years ago. I see your guy’s commercial here in Spokane, all the time. The pizza is good the only problem is you don’t have any locations in Washington State. That would be great if Marcos came to Spokane. So I don’t have to drive all the way down to Boise. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Order was over 45 mins late. Girl on phone 1st said she could not find my order and put me on hold for 3 minutes said she found it and it was waiting for the driver. It arrived cold because their warmers are not hot enough for it to re heat the order.

I even attached emails tracking order…. never received a on its way or delivered…. you need to do better.
I had to cancel the order after another 20 wait.
Never ever ordering there again.
