I tried to use that door only to be told that it was locked. This is the door that faces the Fairview restaurant. There are a handful of parking spaces on that side and you still have to walk around the building to enter? The floor is always dirty and it just seems like they want you to get your food and get the hell out of their store.

Waited while one employee served a line of 9 people there were 2 employees and a manager in the back. They kept looking at the line. It took 5-10 minutes per person to order. It was excessive and unnecessary. Then worse service of any subway that I have been to.

Noel and I stopped to grab a quick bite to eat. We were on our way to Morgantown for a doctor’s appointment. Noel had a Protein Powder Bowl and I had a Kid’s 4″ Turkey sandwich with provolone cheese, mayo, seasoning, lettuce, tomato and onions. Very good sandwich.
The store looked closed but the guy said they were open. There was no seats on the floor at the tables. I guess they don’t allow dining inside because it was about 930am

Went to the Snowbird Rd location and the rolls were so hard they were not edible, most of the bain maries were empty and they didn’t have meatballs. Customer service has really gone downhill from the last time I was there years ago.

Ordered 3 subs online. Asked for ONE to not be toasted but toasted on the others. NONE OF THEM WERE TOASTED AND THE ONES THAT NEEDED TO BE HEATED WERE COLD. It was an online, easy to read order. I got 4 tomatoes when I asked for extra. I asked for no bell pepper and got them, which is worrisome considering I very well could have been allergic. Very disappointed in how this location as gone downhill over the last 2 years.

Stood there for 20 minutes for them to ignore me and others just to fill out online orders, many customers left and so did I. They didn’t even greet us, just ignored. I am in complete shock because this subway is usually a good place and I found this incident very rude and unprofessional.

I ordered a specialty salad on the online app. It was ready when it was estimated to be. The girl working was extremely polite and said she did her best to cut the meat in small pieces. I thought it was very considerate. We made small talk and I left smiling.

Experience was exquisite. I’ve been stopping at subways for years.And heaven had a sandwich made the way.I wanted exactly the way I wanted until now. Seriously, though, the subs are good, and the employees are efficient at making sandwiches, I was happy with my purchase and had friendly customer service through the entire process. Prices are competitive, being under $10 for most items in the menu. If you are hungry this is a good stop.

I just went to subway at at the end of Snowbird Road and let me start by saying the woman who rang up the order has had to pocketed some money cause my change was suppose to be $69 dollars out of $100 and she only gave me $32 back and it’s better safe to say that I was already on my way home and didn’t want to turn back around and cause a screen cause it wouldn’t have been good. But people when you go to subway watch your money when it’s given back to you cause the girl who rang it up had to pocket herself some money. I just this world is messed up but you really got to be messed up to be pocketing money from people who works hard to earn the little bit of money they make.

It was late when we stopped in hungry and even though the man had run out of all bread an hour before closing time he still went above and beyond to make sure we where pleased with our new variety of wraps and pita breads.. my son loved his after I finally got him to try his normal pizza sub on pita bread. The subway employee threw in cookies for the inconvenience
