This has to be the best sushi place I have had. I am vegetarian so not a lot of sushi place fits for me. But this place blew my mind.

Service is also nice. It’s nice little family owned business. ♥️

This place is one of the best restaurants, all around, hands down. Their sushi is ALWAYS so delicious and fresh. Their drinks are strong but delicious, and that’s what we want with maitais right? And everytime we go in to the actual restaurant as opposed to take out, there are so many locals having fun and bonding with the owners. It’s awesome to see and such a great atmosphere.

Unfortunately our experience here was not great. We were sat by a young child and did not have a server ever come by. The child took our order and it must have been forgotten because finally after almost 45 minutes we managed to waive down an actual server. Our order had never been placed. The dining section was not overly busy but the bar was being prioritized. We ended up just leaving.

Food is made to order and the service is very good. I prefer a lighter hand with less salt and cornstarch but I understand their usual clientele expects the Americanized heavily seasoned style. I appreciate the fresh vegetables and lovely service. Good value lunch specials with the option to upsize for only a few dollars.

I moved here to Woburn from Western Mass and I found the best comfort food here. I think they have the best vegetable tempura! Chicken fingers are always consistently good as well. I like that it is a family run business and I would recommend it to anyone.

1. Lunch Spicy Salmon Poke Bowl ($11.95) at the newly opened @meetwoburn. “Base: Sushi rice & Spring mix, Come with avocado, mango, pickled purple cabbage, carrot. Choice of Protein. Sauce: Ginger Dressing, Sweet soy sauce & Mayo”. I picked Spicy salmon as my protein. The salmon was fresh, and although it wasn’t an abundance of fish, it was a good amount for the price. The spring mix and the other veggies were plentiful with a pleasant dressing. The sushi rice was lightly seasoned but was cold; however, there was a good amount of it—a delightful light lunch. Not impressed by the rest of the lunch menu.

2. Lunch Salmon Teriyaki Bento ($14.95) from @meetwoburn. “Lunch Bento Box: Come with white rice, edamame, house salad, choose one side: fried shrimp shumai, pan fried pork gyoza or 4pcs California roll”. As my side, the Fried Shrimp Shumai didn’t look like a shumai at all but tasted OK. I asked for the salmon medium, and it was cooked nicely. The teriyaki sauce was good and not overly sweet. I liked the addition of sesame seeds. I also got a few slices of tempura, but unfortunately, it was sweet potato that I don’t like. The tempura batter was good. The house salad was your standard lettuce, a few strands of carrot and two slices of cucumber with your traditional ginger dressing. However, the dressing was adequately applied to everything for the first time ever. Plenty of edamame beans went home with me.

Food was incredible – fresh, warm and DELICIOUS! The service was extremely quick despite small staff, and this will now be our go to sushi place!

Pretty good, I enjoyed everything I ordered.

Doesn’t break the chinese/japanese food mold much – everything you order will be as you expect – but they do that well, and everything I tried was enjoyable.

The sushi seems good. I tried yellowtail with avocado, did the trick. Spring rolls, chicken wings, chicken fingers, and crab wonton (crab rangoon) were all solidly good, as expected.

Highlights were the beef skewers and spare ribs, which were moist and flavorful, and the pan-fried peaking ravioli (dimsum), which has that nice tangy sauce.

Only thing that didn’t do much for me was the tempura shrimp, which was same as always – not much flavor.

Overall, I’ll be going back again at some point. It’s a solid chinese/japanese place, people were friendly, portions were pretty good.

I got seafood lo mein, it had only four shrimps and some scallops, too much noodles though.

Called to try to order takeout around 1:45 PM on Sunday afternoon. Was told, with an unnecessarily condescending tone, “We don’t do takeout on weekends.” I get that at 7 PM on Friday or Saturday, but not on a Sunday afternoon. And the attitude on the phone pushed me to leave this review (I practically never leave bad reviews). Seems like this business doesn’t want your money.
