What’s your go-to pizza order — classic pepperoni or load it up with toppings?
Dad and boys night out took us to Tall Boyz & Co in Barton — and yes, I’m convinced they named the place for me. Andy has been tempting me with their pizza posts, so we stopped in.
The menu keeps it simple, which I love. We kicked things off with all the apps: White Cheddar Cheese Kurdz (that cheese pull is serious), Breadsticks with Texas marinara, and Pretzel Sticks with Hardy Outlaw beer cheese. Solid lineup all around.
For pizzas, we went all-in Andy Style (extra sauce + extra cheese):
10″ Spicy Sausage, Mushroom, Black Olive & Jalapeno on riser crust
16″ Pepperoni & Sausage on thin crust
10″ Sausage on riser crust
They all hit the spot, but the sauce was the standout for me — just great flavor.
Tall Boyz is in the old Barton House/Long Branch spot. Whether you dine in or grab takeout, these pizzas are worth a try.

Absolutely the new go to spot for pizza! We tried the rising crust, Andy’s style with pepperoni, spicy sausage, mushroom, onion! Also a thin crust with spicy sausage, mushroom and onion! I preferred the rising crust and my wife preferred the thin crust! Both were absolutely delicious! Give it a try and you won’t regret it! We’ll definitely be regulars

I don’t ever leave reviews like this and honestly not sure where to start. We came in after seeing all the ranting and raving about their pizza… if you love a crazy amount of sauce with barely any cheese or topping this is the place to go. Maybe we would have had a better experience if the cook wasn’t on the patron side of the bar with his friends before going in back to make our food. Save yourself the time and money stopping here. Only good thing we got out of this was the cheese curds and to realize there’s an even better restaurant a couple doors down.

Walked in on a Sunday evening with a family of 4, got weird looks from the people at the bar. No one greated us or said where to go, so we walked to the back where the tables were. Sat down, waited 10 minutes and no one came to help us. We walked out and no one seemed to care. First time going there since we heard good things, but with that terrible service, probably will not go back.
