Amazing freshly made tacos and handmade salsa. The Taco Box was perfect for dinner and it was gluten-free! 15 tacos, 5 different tacos, 3 each.
They also have a separate fryer for Gluten-free items. The owner is knowlwdgeable and can answer questions about how all the food is made.
Next time I will get the 24″ Senor Machete Corn Quesadilla!
The pastor negro was a pleasant surprise as we are used to the more common pastor rojo and will definitely try again.Meat had a great depth of flavor from the roasted spices/marinade.
Salsa Verde was fresh and savory with the perfect finish of acidity. Chips were fresh and crunchy
Wings were cooked just the way we prefer and the mango habanero was with just the right amount of sweetness.
We had a build-your-own taco bar for the kids, and for the adults, tacos, machete, guacamole, salsa, corn, and Tex-Mex egg rolls. Everything was 1,000,000/10 good. My friends were drinking the salsa verde! The churros were unbelievable, and we’re still dreaming about them. Our friends are still talking about it, and we can’t wait to order again.
The 10 Mango Habanero wings were dry, and the sauce tasted like an overly sweet mango glaze with no noticeable heat. As for the tacos, every protein we ordered — steak, carnitas, and pollo — tasted like it had been pre-cooked and reheated. The meat was dry, lukewarm, and completely lacking flavor.
The carnitas contained large, unappetizing chunks of fat. The steak was tough and bland. The pollo con costra tacos were equally disappointing, and the avocado inside was slimy and black — clearly not fresh.
Even the soft taco shells were among the worst we’ve ever had.
We did our best to eat what we could, but the majority of our $66 order ended up in the trash. It was truly a waste of money. Needless to say, we will not be returning.
