Beware…
Was third-party delivery by DoorDash which is fine.
However, the boxes were not sealed with the stickers looks like someone might have have it off the cheese sticks, pepperoni pizza had sausage in the middle of it.
Didn’t bother calling because the last time we had an issue the manager was super rude .

VERY nice young men working there and I was in a very bad mood and with my 85yr old dad who had just yelled at me in the car on way there. The worker asked what I wanted on my half of the pizza and I wouldn’t say much because I was so upset still.
The worker proceeded with nothing but professionalism and treated my 85yr old Father with respect and patience. (While I just sat there moping)
Thank you to the mature and good employees there that night which I believe was around May 8th.

What is this nonsense? This is what the large New York style pizza is supposed to be? It’s 2/3 the size of the box at best and they exploded the garlic sauce on the inside.

Ordered a NY style pizza and was delivered a regular crust. No big deal, mistakes happen. An employee there told me it would “take over an hour” to send out the right pizza …. (Yea right, nice try) Then I get the luxury of speaking with Nathan the manager who tries to tell me I can’t really tell the difference between the two. After assuring him I could- he stood firm and kept at it “it’s just a bit thinner”. Being the second time I’ve had wrong orders from here I said “just refund my money I’ll get my pizza elsewhere” which he promptly and with a sarcastic chuckle in his voice agreed. I then told him a review would follow and he arrogantly posted up with “go ahead don’t forget to put me in there my name is Nathan.” People like this need not be in the customer facing side of business. This was an easy fix to keep a customer Nathan. It goes like this: “we are sorry, we will send the right pizza out as soon as possible, please be patient it’s really busy right now.” … “thanks Nathan! You’re the best …. A positive review will follow.”

Still hadn’t received my order 40 minutes after it left the store…an hour and a half after ordering. I called the store and the manager Jeremiah said, “I dunno all I can tell you is it’s on the way.” I live 10 minutes away. I called back 15 minutes later, now a total of 55 minutes after it left the store, or an hour and 45 minutes after ordering. The manager Jeremiah was obviously annoyed by me. I asked that he contact the driver and check on his well being, as I live 10 minutes away and it had been close to an hour. He said, “Yea I don’t really care. All I can tell you is it’ll get there when we get it there.” I suggested that he cancel the order and he said, “Nope, too late. It’ll get there when it gets there.” TWO HOURS AND 26 MINUTES AFTER I ORDERED, I received my stone cold, BURNT, $65 worth of food. Absolutely disgusting.

The worse wings ever from this chain. Over half of the order were naked. Almost like they had a shortage of the sause. Ordered 38 I think, and only ate 6 and had to toss the rest.

Dave The manager is rude as hell, very disrespectful, and very disgusted. I would never do business with them again especially with Dave.

2/3 of my pizzas were perfect… last one was a little to stingy with a topping. Will give 1 more try.

This location does not know how to make a well done pizza. As a former papa John’s employee, I know that the pizza typically comes undercooked, at least by my standards. So I order it well done; however, my pizza is not only not well done, but it’s under cooked. EVERY TIME. So let’s learn how to make a well done pizza. There’s a slot in the middle of your oven, go ahead and put your pizza in there. Let it go through from the halfway point, then let it go all the way through another time from the beginning. That’s how you do your job, you’re welcome.
