Easily the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten. Tough, thin crust that was overbaked. Doesnt even taste good. Ordered two pizzas with extra pineapple and extra pepperoni, only to receive two pizzas that had average pepperoni and scant pineapple. Also, by the time they were delivered, they were hardly even warm anymore. I will never order from this location again.

I was very disappointed with the “Philly cheese steak” sandwiches we ordered last night. After bragging to my bf about how delicious these sandwiches are and having him pick up two in way home from work, we had to cook dinner anyway. The sandwiches we’re literally all bread and burnt cheese. Hardly no meat at all.

Our first pizza was amazing, my husband has never really tried Dominos but enjoyed the garlic sauce and pan crust.
However today was a complete disappointment. We were excited to try the Spinach and Feta Speciality pizza, but we didn’t get any of the ingredients (Spinach, feta, onions, provolone). The only toppings we received were the ones we paid extra to add on top. Also asking for the great garlic sauce in replacement of Alfredo, whelp that didn’t happen.
The next thought was to call to inform them of this mistake. Just to let you know, don’t even bother with that. Domino’s didn’t answer.

As I pulled up to the drive-through window to pick up my pizza, I see one of the employees intensely rubbing her nose and eyes and face with both hands. She then proceeds to continue working the dough without washing her hands. I asked to report this to a manager and sure enough she is the manager or one of the managers on duty. It’s really sad that the customers have to tell the managers that that is unacceptable and I’m completely disgusted. I can’t believe I purchased this pizza. Probably going to throw it away when I get home.

Waited 12 minutes for my whole order to be wrong and then had to wait another 12 minutes when I live another 30 minutes away. Could not take blame for making the order wrong but instead blame on another employee when she was the only employee there. It’s very simple to read an order and make it the way the customer wants it made and not how they imagine it to be made. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Idk what people are smoking, but we have ordered delivery from this location over a dozen times, and have had a good experience every time.
Delivery times have been accurate every time. Tracker status on the app is accurate. Pizzas have arrived hot enough to burn the roof of your mouth.
The one and only time that they messed up one of our pizzas, they a) answered the phone and b) refunded us.
It’s dominos, its consistent, its convenient. Don’t get all high maintenance about it.

If I could give less than 1 star I definitely would. I ordered pizza and waited nearly an hour for it to arrive. It said it was delivered and it was NOT. Called and they ensured me it was on my front porch, mind you I was standing there. John the so called manager told me the delivery driver James FORGOT where he dropped the pizza off at. Unsure how you FORGET something like this. I gave pretty good instructions about where my house was. John the manager AND apparently Kellie another manager didn’t think customer service was very important apparently. Someone else got my pizza for free but I am paying for it. I gave this place another chance because of the claim it’s under new management and did I make a huge mistake. Will NEVER eat here again even if the only place open, horrible horrible customer service. I will forever go to Marcos from here on out like I normally do.

As with all food businesses when they first open, there are a few ‘kinks’ to work out. Although I had to wait longer than I anticipated, after placing an on-line order earlier in the day, to be picked up at a certain time, I waited patiently & watched a LOT of hard working employees doing their very best. They all seemed to be trying to work together & I appreciate that. And every few minutes, someone would check in with me & also give me an update on my order. When my order was finally ready, the shift supervisor/manager offered her apologies & gave me my food & said: “Sir, this order is on us tonight. So sorry about the wait.” I told her I’d definitely be back & I certainly will. Great customer service is hard to come by these days, but, Domino’s certainly has THAT together! My order was correct & the food was delicious!! Thanks Domino’s Pizza! Keep up the good work!!
